I purchased this jack a few weeks ago. It came to my house in a crushed box. It was cosmetically damaged. The jack was pretty scuffed up. Delivered by UPS. I contacted Amazon, who put me in touch with the manufacturer. I forwarded pictures of what I received. Everyone but me said, send it back. I needed, and used the jack. The jack works great. I just wanted them to send me the missing part. The lady dealing with me would rather send that jack around two countries, rather than supply the missing part. JUST SEND THE PART. I am fine with the jack. It's just not complete, and weighs to much for me to drag around town. That's wasteful. Plain wasteful. ... show more

Overall it's a good jack as long as you work within its limitations (note there's 2 separate capacity limits based on what height you are using the jack - if you want it on the higher max height then this is perfect). What I consider to be low quality and causing issues is the packaging they ship it in. It's a 100 pound jack shipped in a normal cardboard box. It will be ripped, the product might have some cosmetic defects, but the fact is ups and FedEx just aren't equipped to ship something like this... it should be LTL. If you're OK with some scratched paint and a ripped up box then it's a good buy. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Mine came in a decentigraded box as others. Has a bent frame in the proximity of a damaged caster wheel which lost all it ball bearing. Probably took a hit during shipping. There is MORE. The road dog jack stop lifting my 1ton subcompact 1994 civic. 6 month the leak is finally big enough to leak puddle. Wheel drag (missing ball bearing) thought its was need lube. Yeah they dont lube it all dry u have to flip all 120 lbs. and remove all the wheel to lube the journal bearing. There is no oil zerx fitting for the wheel. For the price of more than $310 and u will have to purchase $100 in tool to service lube. U need 2 of every socket. It took 2 week to be ship and in that time is the 30 day time to return it. 5 hr job for a professional mechanic to replace the hydraulic piston. They don't pay u. After replacement piston is still abnormally loud noisy as prior Probably related to the bent frame. A sign it may fail again. ... show more

I did alot of searching when I needed to replace my old 25yr old suv jack. That said I have a modern car that sits 4" off the ground and a liffted old 4x4 and this was the only jack that I found that will work with both. As a mechanic I appreciate the multiple grease zerks and replacement parts list that come with this jack. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an all around jack let alone one for lifted vehicles ... show more
