The RKVPCNE Stool is a perfect fit for a small reading desk that is built into my bookcase. See photo. It fits below the desk perfectly. The coffee colored cushion complements my existing bookcase's wood veneer. The rectangular linen upholstery is quite nice, while the black metal X legs add a modern touch. This stool goes beyond mere functionality, serving as a stylish accent piece that elevates the overall look of my reading area. The plush linen upholstery provides a comfortable and supportive seat, making it a pleasure to sit at my reading desk for extended periods. Assembly is a breeze, requiring minimal effort and no specialized tools (an Allen wrench key [hex key] is included). It took me about 25 minutes total from unpacking to full installation. The well-designed structure allows for a quick setup, and the included instructions make the process straightforward. The most difficult part of the installation was to get the holes aligned on to the bottom of the seat cushion. Make sure you don't tighten all the screws until it is fully assembled. Keeping the joints flexible will help in the bottom seat cushion and support leg holes alignment. One important observation is that the metal X leg is a unified piece. I'm no structural engineer but having a unified "X" piece will support a lot more weight than two single pieces braced together. Coming from past experiences with lots of foldable lawn chairs where the legs have bent from heavy users, the metal X legs on this stool should be able to support an average American male adult (200lb+) repeatedly without any issues. I did not find any scuffs on any part of the metal leg support pieces. There were some white dust on the legs which I wiped away with a damp paper towel. Overall, a very nice product that is at a great (competitive) price point.

Honestly, I sometimes have a hard time putting things together, so I was waiting on my son to put this together for me. It took him 6 minutes from start to finish! He weighs 180-190, and it held him without making any noise. It is just what I was looking for and is a perfect addition to my living room. I didn't photograph it, because it looks just like Amazon's pictures. Instructions were not included, but they were not needed, it's so easy. I can easily recommend this!

This is a great little addition to my living room furniture. The directions to putting it together was easy and fast. The top cushion is soft and nice to either sit on or rest your legs and feet on.
