Here’s the deal. It came packaged well. It was easy to put together, besides some of the included sockets and Alan wrenches not fitting. It’s a good ebike. i got the black option. i am 6ft 130 lbs and the most speed i get out of it is about 28 mph, and that’s after “unlocking” the speed. The voltage is locked on my G51 controller at 22 out of 48 available, which isn’t right. You advertise 48, i want 48. I paid for it. it has mechanical disk brakes. they work fine but not as good as hydraulic brakes. As a plus, i did 24 mph up a big bridge. Great front suspension, no back suspension, but big tires help. There is input lag even with the settings on “go now”. The display is a G51 unit. The manual is downloadable and you’ll need to watch some videos to explain the various advanced settings menu and not accidentally change a setting that’ll burn up your battery. Storing cargo is going to be either a project or a pretty penny for a rack because it’s a bench seat with a wide rear tire, and a fat bar frame. No seat post to attach to so keep that in mind. No regerts. Good for the money. Very handsome bike. Runs about 26 miles full blast electric. ... show more

Well I took a chance buying this bike and I wish I hadn’t. From the beginning, there was a screw missing to hold the brake pad in and they sent a replacement. Then the charger was over heating, they sent a replacement which still got hot but not like the first one. But the last thing was that the handlebars became off center, we tried to fix them ourselves but couldn’t. Because of this, my son fell off and broke his braces and got lots of scrapes, scratches and bruises. That was the last straw. We contacted Amazon and they helped us get a return approval. We had the bike for about 5 weeks and just didn’t want to waste any more time with it. We dropped the bike off today at FedEx so hopefully they refund fast. I will say the customer service was excellent each time I emailed them about problems. ... show more
