I bought this lamp several years ago. I like the lamp and it's construction, the orange motif, and tree branch base, but the glass colors used to compliment the orange need adjusting. First, the dark browns are too opaque. All facets need to let some light thru, and the browns do so barely. Then that clashes with some facets that are nearly clear and colorless (a very light clear purple to be exact). I would have gone with some translucent light greens instead of dark brown and then translucent white instead of clear. ... show more
