I’ve been taking these since I found out I was pregnant and the mint really helped in the beginning! The mint made it easier to swallow and helped with my gag reflex/morning sickness. I enjoy also not burping it up constantly afterwards.

The best prenatal vitamin out there. Methylated folate is more highly utilized in larger portion of population. Easily digestible and does not cause nausea as compared to other vitamins. Both the mint and citrus essence options are soothing and leave a good aftertaste as you’re swallowing the pills. They have a good aroma. No digestive issues. They’re on the more expensive and however, I do believe they are valued for the money since I feel so much better taking these compared to other vitamins.

I used the mint-essenced Ritual prenatals throughout my first pregnancy and I'm absolutely coming back to them for my next. While they are on the higher end of the price range, the quality of the ingredients is unmatched. I love that the sourcing is transparent, You can tell the ingredients are premium and ethically sourced. it’s hard to find that level of detail elsewhere. Plus, buying them through Amazon is super convenient. If you’re looking for a clean, high-quality vitamin, these are it. Definitely didn’t not experience any side effects such as heartburn. The mint essence isn't just for smell; it made the effectiveness much higher for me because I could actually keep the vitamins down during the first trimester. Because they are delayed-release, they hit your system later in the digestive tract, which meant I stayed energized without the stomach upset.

I was using another brand before and was fine for about 2 months and suddenly started feeling very bloated, sick to my stomach and couldn't sleep (which is awful when you are pregnant). I switched to Ritual to give it a try and it was like night and day, I was able to sleep, eat and work through my day much better! Additionally, one of my pills in the bottle looked funny and I asked Ritual about it but they said it was due to the oil of the pill seeping through (but was completely safe to take), and they went above and beyond with their support team to get me another bottle. Honestly this shows they care about your experience and feedback and I had to leave this review as my token of appreciation for that.

Love the easy to take pill and mint flavor. I only give it a 4 star because the fish oil burps I get so I can only take these right before bed or I am nauseous all day with the fish breath

I’ve been using these and unfortunately the fish oil tastes, heartburn, and nausea that follows I cannot manage. I tried both mint and lemon, took with food, morning, before bed, to no avail. Everyone is different though and there were 3 brands recommended to me by my OB. If you are not sensitive to fish oil these are amazing vitamins. However, if you are then order a diff brand. Low cost nature made and similar cost theralogix both offer the full spectrum of what you need without the fish oil reaction.
