    • Easy to put together.
Style: Package (With Bench)
This product was easy to put together. There was two of us, one holding an part in place and the other bolting it in. It works perfectly for our workouts and is solid quality.

The delivery was very quick for me. It comfortably fit in the small space I have (limited square footage and short ceilings). Some of the parts were scratched or not exactly "perfect" condition, but can't legitimately complain about that really (feel like only IG workout "influencers" would care about that crap). The whole process of setting it up for me was pretty quick and easy, took a couple hours maybe (I'd highly recommend 2 people if you're not used to setting things up like this by yourself though). The directions weren't "the best" but I didn't really have major issues (just pay attention to the instructions and label the bolts and what not yourself, for faster recognition, read and identify pieces properly). Packaging was pretty nicely done. I'd highly recommend this, has a lot of work out options. Haven't used it much yet, if any problems occur I will come here with an "edit update." If theres no "update", then there was no reason to do so. ... show more

    • RitFit Smith Machine
Style: Package (With Bench)
I can't be happier with the purchase of my smith machine. You get so much for the price and it's not complicated to assemble. The machine came in three boxes (box A, B & C). It took my son and I a few hours to put everything together. We worked at a slow pace and made sure everything was accounted for. Once assembled the smith machine felt solid and safe. I'm a single dad on a budget, so I really took my time shopping around. You really get a lot of equipment for the money. ... show more

    • Bench is NOTworth it - machine is good.
Style: Package (With Bench)
I gave this review a 3 because the machine is a 5 and the bench is a 1. Had I known how bad the bench is I would have purchase this without the bench. The bench that was sent to me has a different adjustment mechanism and does not feel stable or secure. I wish I could get a refund for the bench!

    • Edit: Solid Machine for home gym
Style: Package (With Bench)
Only came with 1 of the 2 boxes needed to build it, since its during the government shutdown still im requesting a refund since no one in the customer service department is working and it will be easier, would give 5/5 if the full product was delivered, the power rack is on the floor half the peices anyway that I received. Update: the 2nd box arrived 2 days later and all the parts are now there and its a solid machine 💪 ... show more

Review Image by Charlie Torres
After a week of waiting for my smith machine combo, only the bench was sent. I called ritfit directly after getting nowhere with Amazon customer service. I was told that the smith machine would not be shipped until after May 31st and that information was posted on their direct website. I was furious with the representative because they made it seem like it was neglect on my part for not checking their website. Its the audacity to blame me after them not updating current shipping information on Amazon. My purchase was done through Amazon and not their direct website. I requested the order be canceled and a full refund, the rep put me on hold and hung up on me. I am now out 700 dollars and have to dispute directly with my bank. Stay away from this merchant if you value your peace. ... show more
