I’m using this to strengthen my shoulder after a massive rotator tear surgery a year and a half ago. Seems to be of a good quality. I just wish it was easier to use the knobby thing that has to be placed inside a closed door. The strap holding it should be stiff so it can easily be held in place while the door is closing. The way it is now you could easily close the door on your hand struggling to hold it in place. ... show more
