Took a leap of faith on the good reviews and price and man did I hit the jackpot. This set up has it all. The instructions were surprisingly very very good and their customer service is fantastic. One tiny little u clip was missing and they were super responsive and fed exed another to me. I’m a pretty handy guy and did this solo and it took about 5 hours total including the bench and it’s definitely doable by one person. I took my time and made sure I got it right the first time. This has been a great product so far! I’ve used the different attachments at least once and everything is sturdy and effective. The cables are far smoother than I thought they would be. There are only a few downsides Ive experienced so far, and for a new home gym owner, these downsides do not outweigh all the great features. -rack can be a bit wobbly when doing pull ups but thats likely just because its a 2x2 rack -the jcups can be a bit awkward when re-racking the barbell because the top of the cup sits a bit high -the bench is also a bit wobbly. Adjust slowly, make sure its centered on the beam and you’ll be fine If you’re in the market for all the essentials of a home gym that will offer you a dynamic range of exercises, this is for you! ... show more

This was simple and easy to set up following the instructions. It is a 2 person job however for most of it so best to have a friend over for delivery day if you wanna set it up right away like I did. Attachments are great. Pulley system works well, just be sure to have a pretty even amount of weight on both sides + or - 5lbs. Or else it will grab the rail and won’t feel smooth when using it. I’ve had a slim fit rack system before that mounted to the wall and this one is so much better, plus it saves space by being able to rack and store your weights right on the cage. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I wouldnt buy it again but it is budget friendly. The packaging is great. Super organized and places nicely in two boxes. The thing I like the most is the package for the nuts, bolts, and hardware. It's labeled for each step and the pieces needed for that step. The frame itself is thin and lightweight. 1/16 of an inch thin to be exact. In fact, I lifted the frame off the ground when I used the low row foot peg. I over tightened a bolt and bent the frame. Learn from my mistake. It's small and compact. You are forced to squat on the outside because if you go on the inside to squat, your face is about 1-2 inches away from the guide rods. It's doable though. It isn't that tall either. I'm 5'6" and if I Overhead Press while inside, the bar touches the pulley cable and clears the cross bar by an inch or two. Assembly was pretty easy and straightforward. By myself, it took just over three hours. Not bad. The pulley system is not terrible but it's not great either. Not as smooth as equipment you would find in a gym. If giving a test pull, It definitely needs weight on for resistance or the cables won't retract and you'll get a false impression. Maybe I can lube the wheels up. Make sure you place equal weights on each side of plate carriage. Using one cable at a time works surprisingly well as long as you have equally distributed weight on the carriage. Faults: the low row foot tube is worthless. Once you place your feet under it, the tube lifts off the cross bar. Absolute garbage and probably a design oversight. I also don't like that the shorter cables connect to the plate holder frame with a carabiner. The other end has a bolt to secure it. The frame overall is wobbly. Even with weights on the pegs and a bar on the J hooks, the frame wobbles. You could probably bend the uprights if you kept leaning on it. That's what you get for having a 2x2" tube that's 1/16" thick. In the video you can see the wobble but don't mind the clanking. That is the pulley system and J hooks knocking. I'm sure I could bolt the frame down but I won't. The base doesn't lift off the ground but the uprights have a lot of play. It doesn't feel durable and that it will last a long time. If I pack it up to move, I fear for the product upon delivery. Update: I have used this for a solid week and the rubber padding on the safety bars are chipping and the glue isn't holding up. I dont have anything crazy either. I have a Rogue Ohio Bar and the knurling is too much for these low quality rubber pads. The pad is slowly dying and coming off the bar. RIP 🙏 ... show more
