The bar is great for high volume usage. When doing high reps the bar is easy on the hands. The knurling, due to the paint/coating is very passive. I toss a little chalk on and go. I mostly bought this bar to use for land mine use and off rack movements. It looks good and feels nice. Bearings seem to work well also. If you are looking for one bar, the rep Colorado or rogue Ohio are $300 dollars. So if budget is an issue this works in a pinch.

Functional and sturdy. This has been great for all the lifts. Bench, military, rows, deadlifts, squats etc. I may end up getting another for my other rack.

Nice barbell. This is not the standard Olympic size. It is a bit shorter and weighs about 33 pounds instead of 44 pounds. But it fits perfectly in a home gym and fits nicely on the RitFit M1 Pro cage. Note the black WILL get marks from sliding weights on it (and least the black cast iron weights) but I couldn't pass up saving some $$.
