Ordered navy in large (180lbs and 5'9) very flattering fit and color was true to pic! It seems a bit pricey considering how there's no internal structure to the dress or lining. It buttons/unbuttons the complete length of the dress. Has nicely finished cuffed sleeves. The fabric is opaque enough to not really need lining, thankfully. It seemed to leave a bluish residue on my nails and skin when trying on. A good handwashing and hang dry took care of that. It did arrive very creased and wrinkled. Was able to use a garment steamer with several slow and close passes to knock out the flattening of the ruching and bring a really nice sheen to the fabric. Additionally it perked up the flowiness and added volume to the ties. I'd avoid an iron as it might end up melting or embossing it. Over all, I consider this dress an elegant and easy wear staple. Dress it down with a blazer and ankle booties or dress it up with an updo, heels and more formal styled accessories... transitions well, day to evening!

The dress has a very nice material and is very elegant I absolutely loved it. I could have sized down I’m a L but sometimes Amazon items run smalls but this one is true to size. My only dislike is that when it arrived two of the buttons were missing and I needed the dress the next day for a wedding so I had to turn around a pay the cleaners extra money to replace the buttons so I wasn’t happy about that.

I ordered several dresses before deciding on this one for an evening gala. It was comfortable and I received a lot of compliments. I usually wear 8-10 in a dress and I have some curves. I ordered the Large. I'm sure I could've worn the medium but I ran out of time to order it again. It was just a little big but because of the design, it looked fine. The color was a red wine color. It was pretty but a little darker than I wanted. Overall great dress!
