This coat is worth every penny! I’m from the south and had a work trip in Cleveland. This coat got me through a snow storm, wind from the lake effect, and had me looking cute the entire time. Yes it’s bulky but I wasn’t cold! Get you one, you won’t regret it! The fit was also true to size.

I purchased my product to be new and it did not come in the original packaging, which means it’s USED. I should be refunded some of my money back for that. Anyways, the jacket is nice, but I’m having issues with the zipper as if it’s put on the wrong way. Because it supposed to zip from the top and bottom, but I think the zipper parts are upside down. I’ll figure it out. If not, it will be going back. The jacket definitely keeps you warm. I’m going to try a steamer to get the wrinkles out. If that doesn’t work, it will be going back because I don’t want to be wearing a wrinkled jacket. I’ll update my review if I like it. UPDATE: I changed my stars from 3 to 5 because I love this jacket. Yes it comes wrinkled but I used my steamer and it knocked the wrinkles right out. It’s very warm and cozy. Can’t go wrong with this jacket. It only has 2 pockets, but they are very deep pockets. So below are pics of the wrinkles and after I used my steamer to get the wrinkles out.     • WOW!! BUY THE COAT IF ITS FREEZING!!
I was unsure if I would like it if there were problems with the double zipper. It was almost a deal breaker until I figured out the best way to do it. I was having trouble with it right out of the box. I then pulled the unzipped coat up to just below hip level and lined the 2 sides up and it zippered!!! It might work differently for someone else. This coat is warm!!! I thought I was putting on a sleeping bag with quilted inner sleeves. It is on the heavy side but it kept me warm when I was out in 18⁰ day! There is a gap in the neck area so I put a scarf around my neck. I love all of the fluffy fur except for the extra fur in the front of the hood. It was very bulky and claustrophobic, but was easily removed while the rest of the fur stayed in the hood and down the inside front of the coat. Too many buttons to fool with but a nice option if you want to change out the fur parts. This coat is nice and long. I'm about 5'6" with long legs and this coat length is half way from my knees to my ankles. I normally wear a large and this fit the way it should. There's enough room for a heavier sweater, but I won't need it!! Overall, the quality and material is top notch and a great buy! ... show more

OMG, I absolutely love this coat. It's so warm and comfy. The perfect fit. True to size. I don't have to worry about it being windy, snowing or raining. Been wearing it for over month and my only wish is that I had discovered and bought it a lot sooner. One day I forgot my umbrella while it was raining and I had to leave the office for lunch and this coat's hoodie was like an umbrella. I did not get wet at all. Seriously, I love this coat. It even seems to adjust to temperature somewhat as it's warm when am outside but if I step into an elevator with it on, am still comfortable and it doesn't get overheated.     • Really Nice Looking Warm Coat But for the Terrible Zipper
If for the zipper! This coat would have gotten a 5 star review. It looks good, it is very warm, it is well made with nice silver tone hardware. The coat looked nice on. However, the zipper was out of alignment. When I received the coat I tried it on and loved it. I steamed the wrinkles out and the coat looked fantastic. I had planned to wear it because the temperature outside was 12 degrees. But, I could not get it zipped up properly. I could not get the zipper guide into the two zippers at the bottom. And when I did the zipper stuck. I had to step out of it. That's too much trouble for a new coat. I debated as to whether I would keep it because the coat also have snaps, but decided to just return the coat. ... show more

I have been looking for a long winter coat. I work in Boston and I walk a mile to work in the morning and a mile back to the train station at night. I need a long, warm coat with a hood. This coat is EVERYTHING! It is long enough, it is warm, the sleeves are the right length, the fit is perfect and the hood is fabulous!
