Product connected to system as expected but then I was asked to select what to do when panic button pressed - contact Police , Fire or Medical but you don’t know ahead of time. So I returned and purchased another keypad instead where I have all three options to select from at the time when needed.

ok this was easy to set up worked fine but then it went to temper no reason. but the support team was able to walk me through how to reset it and so far working fine.
