This was exactly as I was expecting. Very sturdy, comfortable furniture. My husband had a few swear words to say while assembling but all in all, it went very well. Only downfall, we were given one fedex tracking number but it actually arrived in 2 separate deliveries on 2 different days. Messaged seller right away, when we thought we were missing chairs. They were very timely in their response and gave us tracking info for the rest of our items. We can’t wait to enjoy the fall weather on new furniture!

I had been reading comments from those that bought them about the assembly. I saw a bunch that said they had issues with using the wrong screws, others that said pieces didn't fit. Well, I had none of those problems probably because I checked all the parts ahead of time and sorted them. Then I didn't tighten the screws too much (just got them started) until I had them all in. Went very quick. They are very comfortable. I also want to say the seller was very helpful. I accidentally ordered the gray/blue instead of the brown/blue. I contacted the seller and asked if they could change to the one I really wanted. I received an email back saying they were able to swap them out before shipping so I was very happy. They also got to me in a couple of days instead of a week! Overall very happy!

We ordered these for our porch and they are nice for the price. The cushions are okay, but I would like a little more padding. The assembly directions are challenging. We ended up contacting seller for more hardware and started over again. They were very responsive and shipped them right away. . .had them in a few days. Very helpful on phone call. Second time around, we got them done and they are fine. The chairs are a little lower than I thought, but they are comfy and love the ottoman.

After reading other reviews I decided to take a chance on this set. I told my husband that most people said about 7 hours to put together so we saw this as a challenge. We knocked it out in 4 and that includes time for me to run to Home Depot for our little boo-boo. On the chairs we didn't pay super close attention to the bolt sizes and used 2 of the longer ones where we shouldn't. Didn't realize until we were on the second chair. Wasn't about to take apart so we just got two more. If I was putting this together myself I might have a different opinion, but my DH is good at this stuff. God knows I have put him through the ringer with IKEA stuff. The set is super pretty. The chairs swivel nicely, and the two ottomans put together make for a nice small coffee table. Comfy.

Time will tell how durable it is, but it seems really solid. Assembling was not a cakewalk. It took my husband and I several hours. But I’m thrilled with how it looks in the covered porch of our new home. One caution: we did not catch that 8 of the longer bolts were extra long, which we needed for the final step of putting together the chairs. We had accidentally used them throughout putting the chairs together. We solved the problem with a quick run to the hardware store, but while the instructions put the pictures all the washers together (in the diagram of what’s included), it did not put all the bolts together, visually. My husband totally missed there were 8 extra long ones (the difference is maybe 3/16 of an inch so it’s not apparent unless you put them side by side).

My 87 year old husband and I were able to assemble this beautiful set. There were a few glitches but nothing major that couldn't be resolved. One glitche was lack of bolts for a chair. An email to company resolved it in a few days. They were very generous. Now my objective is to find covers as the neighborhood cats think it's all for them😼 🙄 We are very happy with our purchase 😊 ❣️

We love that the chairs swivel 360 degrees and rock. Assembly was not difficult. Unfortunately, our deck is stained with rust from the hardware in just a couple of months. Hopefully we can find a way to remove the rust from our new PVC decking.
