You might get a good scooter…..but if you don’t, you will get no support…AND NO WARRANTY!…..Amazon will not hold seller accountable for the 2 year support promised through the listing…..and you, like me be left with a 1000 loss in just a few months. I did my diligence asking all questions about the warranty and scooter prior to buying. Scooter developed an E4 error code and shut down all power while riding which almost got me run over couple times in traffic…..Scooter used to start after 3 or 4 times lifting the battery and resetting……now it can take 20, 30 and 40 times resetting power to do a final power up…..sometimes as soon as you start going, it cuts all power and dies and you get to start over……all this with a 100% charged battery……yes I’ve been stranded couple times at the store not being able to power up. I’m 175 lbs and flat geography in my area…..range truly about 20 miles, when working…..with about half time in single wheel drive and other half time in dual mode…..all in speed mode 3. Max speed can get to 34-35 mph with no headwind and 100% battery. Brakes work fine, light is adequately bright …..and you will have to pump tires at least weekly as the tubes lose air a lot quicker than bike tires and you don’t want to get a flat as it looks to be difficult to change tires…..no there are no directions for that on this scooter and I couldn’t get any info from customer service. The platform is stable at 30-32 mph which is what you’ll get to cruise in dual mode at 175lbs of weight……after 70% loss of battery, scooter runs slower. Customer service only provides some lip service initially…..then they just ignore your requests to swap any parts to help diagnose the problems. As other people have stated, the constant asks for videos and pictures of the problem ends in no action or help. There are many good scooter companies that are reputable and stand behind their products…..don’t skimp on those to save a couple hundred bucks. Your safety is worth a lot more than that as this scooter is not safe with power cutting out at random times while ridin (if and when you get it powered up). This was my first E scooter but I’m a pretty skilled mtb and motocross rider so used to being on 2 wheels. Steer clear of this company that says it’s been in biz since 2006 ……all indications are that it’s a new company with no backing of their product. ... show more

Bought this for my husband. He absolutely loves it! It’s much faster than our other scooters and can make it up some pretty steep hills with no problem. Now all of his friends want one! Definitely recommend!

great scooter but doesn’t come close to hitting 37MPH I’m lucky to hit 30 MPH I’m 220 lbs so below the weight limit and I’ve had it on a mile and a half flat straight away and it hits about 30-31 mph and no faster

I'm having nothing but fun on my scooter the thing flies at a whooping 30+ mph kinda scary so I play it safe about 20 mph the battery is lasting me 3hrs roughly about 45 miles give or take the build is super solid not flimsy off road tires give that extra grip off road doesn't dig into rocks loose dirt having a ton of fun ... show more

Easier to assemble than to unpack...lol. Directions in Chinese English but clear enough with pictures. First ride to test went great. Easy, smooth acceleration. Needed to adjust handle and brake angles and the set screws were extremely tight. Plenty of power to get this 215 pounds up a very steep (like 20% grade) with ease...accelerating actually. Suspension handles my weight beautifully. At 6-2 the handlebars are plenty high for stand up comfort. Already noted the rear footrest a bit annoying because of the seat post receiver...but that is minor. Note: long time e-scooter rider, 70 years old, dc voltage and applications specialist... retirement gig of sorts. Experienced with mid and hub motors, brushed and bldc, yada yada yada. I will update and if five stars are earned, I will so note with changes. 12/30/23 update. I am sticking to 4 stars plus but not quite 5. That seatpost socket is just annoying and I will be cutting off offending sections. I find the deck too short to get good forward and back balance for stop and go by about two inches(?). Off road...wow...suspension is pretty amazing, good balance and steering. I would like the power to come on a bit faster...I really have to push into the throttle for the power surge when I need it. Personal preference to have a twist throttle so bias might be a factor. The extra inch in tire/wheel size does make a difference but it would be even more fun if the tires were fatter as well. ... show more

As an avid enthusiast of electric scooters, I was thrilled to get my hands on this product. However, my excitement quickly turned to frustration due to persistent issues with its functionality. While the scooter promises hours of fun, the reality is far from it. On numerous occasions, I've encountered difficulties turning it on, dampening my enthusiasm for spontaneous rides. Despite reaching out to the seller for assistance, the process of resolving these issues has been nothing short of exasperating. Although I commend the seller for their prompt responses to emails, their approach to problem-solving leaves much to be desired. Rather than offering practical solutions or promptly replacing the faulty battery, they employ evasive tactics. The seller's insistence on receiving multiple videos showcasing the problem is not only tedious but ultimately futile. Despite complying with their requests, the issue remains unresolved, leaving me with a scooter that only turn on if it wants too and a sense of disappointment. In light of my experience, I strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of from buying this product from the seller or any seller associated with it. The subpar quality of the product coupled with the seller's lackluster customer service make it a purchase best avoided.
