I picked this up at 59.95, and see that now it's selling for 118. Works very well as a printer. The scanner's software supplies 32 bit drivers, although there appear to be entries for 64bit drivers, but none of my 64 bit software sees them (eg, Corel Paintshop Pro x6 64 bit: driver does not seem to function, but the 32 bit version of the same program uses the 32 bit driver with no problem); Since I use it mostly as the printer or copier, this is not a deal breaker. We needed a replacement all-in-one office system. There are many out there, most priced in the hundreds. Here is a name brand unit and it cost less then $100. Works great, came in two days!!!

Do not buy this printer. do not waste your $$. It is defect product. - bought new from this site, used 40 times & printed less than 100 pages. It will not turn on now. I lose $$. Ricoh printers have quality problem-(infant mortality product failure problem). Ricoh does not want to help user to resolve the quality problem.( I have contacted Ricoh 2x) Amazon & Adorama Camera(reseller) did not help me to resolve the bad products (contact them more than 2X). ps. it is over warranty period( 1yr). ... show more

I don't know what made Ricoh produce such useless MFP...I trusted the name and purchased it, prints and copies OK but scanner is a crap. I could not scan to e mail and it will only scan 5-6 pages to memory stick - insufficient memory, so much for 15 page capacity - and it will only scan to PC as image. Good price for a b/w laser printer, that's all what it is. ... show more

Wow, Installing the scanning was almost impossible. I was on with Richoh at least 4 different times. They have different departments and different levels of service to the departments. After HOURS on the phone with multiple reps, one guy finally knew what he was doing and even he had a very difficult time. But to his credit, he was able to enable scanning. It is so complicated, one customers service person even stayed after work hours to help out but even he could not figure it out. The next day I found someone in his department that was able to do it. The machine prints great, copies great, scans great. But the scanner was amazingly difficult to set up even for the people who worked at the company. Price was great, but you are going to have to really put in some effort to get the scanning function to work. Anyone that says different is just not telling you the truth. Multiple drivers and some special TWAIN driver that the other reviewers talked about. That special driver was the main culprit. Nice product but be prepared to spend a LOT of time on the phone and your computer setting up the scanner. ... show more
