This was a repack item and everything was in the box. The installation was easy and fast. All in all I am super stoked ! Remember to check other prices when shopping on Amazon, I saved 50% and this thing just has a couple scratches. Basically brand new, everything was still in separate baggies this was never installed. Only complaint so far is the box was open on arrival. This is sloppy and I could have easily lost some parts, however this could have easily been UPS and not Trends Auto . No way to prove it.     • fast delivery, sturdy rack, but defective part
paid top dollar to get quality and speed. SPeed- Check! Quality - part defective. I put three legs together to discover the 4th one defective. AutoPlicity service lacking. Robotic and "out of my hands atttitude" and then they dumped the problem and tried to refer me to the manufacturor.Escalated, but I am waiting, Have trip planned to go Kayaking.. waiting... update Jun 27 ,, still waiting,. service lacking, Not able to take kayak on planned trip , Just plain sad. Jun 29 - got a rack from another company, Requested Refund from Autoplicity. Jennifer s at Autoplicity said ok. Got an email a few hours later from Loriana at Autoplicity and was told no refund and I was referred to Rhino Rack.July 18 update: Autoplicity finally sent me a return label and I have received my refund, WHile it was the hardest refund I have ever experienced, they did take care of it , RESOLVED. ... show more
