Box was shredded up and wrapped up with a ridiculous amount of tape. Holes in the box when arrived and some parts of aluminum were bent coming out of box. Luckily bending it back into place the material didn’t snap. Also missing tones of screws. Terrible care of the item. I don’t have time to return it as I’m leaving on a trip and needed to make due with the item. Not happy with it. Scrapped up all over the roof rack as well. The best is the best for a reason. I have a 2020 JLU Rubicon. Note: This will not fit a JLU if you use the base kit. Perhaps they will make an adjustment in the future. I bought all the parts factory parts one by one. I should have bought a complete kit. My bad. I got it to work with a little modification. I wanted a shorter rack than the 72”. I love this thing. The media could not be loaded. Today was the day I wanted to assemble the rack. I opened the box and found what looked like properly packaged aluminum parts. The first thing I noticed was NO Manual. No big deal I can probably print a set out. Next I looked for Hardware. NO FREAKING HARDWARE. This was a very expensive purchase. ... show more

I need replacement parts so I can repair the damaged rack, both side rails and one center beam damaged. Also missing 6 of the assembly bolts, package had been damaged and taped back up. Damage to components not visible until assembly.
