    • Assembly directions are terrible
The Product is made extremely well. The issue I have is for how much this costs, they could have put some money into developing way better directions. The parts description is non existent. There are even parts not listed in the directions on where and how they are installed (plastic block spacers are not shown how or where to install even though there are 30 of them). There is a video Rhino-Rack has developed but again, no detail just an animation showing generic pictures of how it goes together but not the part numbers. I know the products Rhino-Rack make vary depending on what configuration and vehicle you have, but directions on how to mount the legs and or spacers to the rack would be helpful. I spent more time trying to figure out what went where and which part to use for what then the actual time spent assembling the rack. Overall, it took me a good 4hrs which should only take an hour or so. BUT, i'm happy with the rack once the pain of assembly was over. Looks great and well constructed. ... show more

Rack is great. Took awhile to assemble but very doable. Installed on 2010 Toyota Sequoia using stock crossbars and rhino rack universal crossbar mounts. Size is 72x56. Used one small foam cushion between rack and side rail on each side to prevent rubbing or noise on bumpy roads.

    • Great product, solid construction, ease of use
Easy to put together, solid construction and has taken a fair amount of use off-road so far. Will be holding a rooftop tent for the upcoming season. Love the ability to place tie-downs wherever needed with the track system.

    • Package damaged and parts missing
Package arrived damaged and parts 1,2, 13 to 25 and 28 form the Parts List (every bolt, screw, washer and nut plus keys and instructions) were missing. Without that parts it is impossible to assemble the platform.
