More than enough power to run PS2, GameCube and other emulators with no issues at 2x/3x upscale. Android games which can adapt to 4:3 (Minecraft, Roblox, etc) also run great at high graphics settings, although UI is broken in many of them. Speaker is a little quiet, but sounds good. While the fan is slightly whiny at full speed, it's far better than initial units based on online reviews (or maybe I just got lucky there.) Battery is also okay, lasting ~5 hours under my usage. My only real complaint is that it effectively requires a third party grip if you have bigger hands. Stock shoulder buttons aren't optimal, but I'm fine with inline.

This device for me is easily 4.6/5 stars. My only dislikes are the Anbernic AI software (can be disabled), the inline shoulder buttons and fan noise. But stack the shoulder buttons and this is a 5/5. This is capable to play a lot of your indie steam titles (using apps like Gamehub, Gamehub Lite, Winlator or Game Native) and you have Steam games. It won't play triple A titles but pixel art and lite weight has good compatibility, the amount of backlog clearing this is capable of is amazing. The screen is excellent and the build is easily 10/10, the shoulder button are a little too loud for me but the rest of the controls are nice. It has a great dpad. To top it off, the fact it comes with a case and screen protector out of the box is a major plus. The CPU is strong enough to run up to PS2 and GC easily.

Now that you can put gammaos on it it is a pretty decent machine. Handles everything up to ps2 with no issues . Battlefront 2 runs like a charm. The built in black frame insertion makes everything made for a crt look incredible. Still the best anbernic handheld yet.

It is an awesome device. Very powerfull and a lot of fun. The build quality is also top knotch. Since it runs Andriod 14 you can run anything on it. You can also install Homerun and watch TV/DVR. Tested using a USBC to HDMI to my TV and the picture is excellent. The cable passes sound and video. Works great with bluetooth headphones and bluetooth controllers. Battery seems to support fast charging and last a long time on a charge.

Very solid product... Yes it is a bit heavy but heavy does mean well built. Haven't used any the game emulator apps yet(complicated). No games are included so buyer beware. Worth the money though.

Update: The seller sent me a 8GB model. They are short changing me. My 12GB RAM, 256GB Storage model has a screen defect. They are shipping my replacement now. They have since changed the listing. I paid for a 12GB model. Do not do business with this seller.

This should’ve been great but it was a frustrating and underwhelming experience. The performance is quite poor for the price - I had heavy problems with slowdown in PS2 and GC games. The speakers are really poor. The controls aren’t that comfortable either. The fan gets annoying quickly. The screen is good and the battery is alright. The hardware wasn’t broken so I can’t give it a one star rating. I got this hoping that GammaOS would add global BFI and shaders, but there were constant and significant issues in many areas. Some emulators wouldn’t launch at all. Weird flicker would happen often and the colors got all wonky at times. The whole time I got the feeling that it was about to fall apart. You can get better units than this that will cost less and have less issues. The screen can look clear and crisp if everything is working correctly but it rarely does. Don’t be fooled by the hype like I was.
