I just had to have this toaster. It works great and very easy to use. I didn't give it 5 stars because of the panini press. It works, however the cheese didn't melt. I may have had too much cheese 300 bucks I was expecting perfection. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase.

If you feel like you HAVE to have this toaster like i initially did, buy it direct from Revolution. Because I bought this on Amazon 2 months ago and it already took a crap. WHEN it actually toasts, it burns the heck out of the bread no matter what setting. The panini tool is cheap and broke after the second use with sandwich bread because the clamp. When I tried to request a refund atleast for the toaster (eating the $50 for the dang panini press) to send back, amazon was zero help and told me to contact revolution who only offered a replacement. I dont want this toaster again. a friend of mine is on her 3rd one of the year bc her kids love it so much so she just eats the time having to replace every so often. I'm going back to my good old Cusinart and taking the L. Thats what i get for spending $322 for a toaster and a bread presser haha ... show more

When your boyfriend says “I’ve always wanted the touch screen toaster”….you order it. I personally don’t use it a lot but he is OBSESSED with it. He makes toast every morning now and loves the appearance. Said it’s extremely easy to use and he loves all the settings on it to make his toast exactly how he wants it. I was so tired of trying to turn the knob on my old toaster to try and get the correct setting in order to make my toast the way I wanted it. This toaster takes the guessing out of it. Just touch to color that you want for whatever you are cooking and hit start and within 2 mins your food is done. Very quiet as well.
