    • Broke a month after warrantee was up
The toaster worked great until it didn’t. I went to use it one morning and it will not turn on. The outlet it was plugged into is fine. I tried unplugging for a few minutes and plugging back in. Not worth the money if it isn’t going to last even 5 months.

I was so tired of trying to turn the knob on my old toaster to try and get the correct setting in order to make my toast the way I wanted it. This toaster takes the guessing out of it. Just touch to color that you want for whatever you are cooking and hit start and within 2 mins your food is done. Very quiet as well. Only downside was the first time I used it the smell was like my house was on fire. Hoping that goes away after a few uses ... show more

When we received it the product wasn’t working properly. I called and customer service was very friendly. We sent it backed and within a week a new one was sent out! We love it.

    • Even on the lower setting, it gets it darker than what the picture shows.
We really like this toaster and it is easier for my girls to pick their own settings and they love the panini attachment.

    • Failed after one use
We made exactly one grilled cheese sandwich, but after that the touch screen was unresponsive. After unplugging it to try and get it to reset, only the logo would appear. This is now an expensive brick. It's going back

    • Awesome Product, just know there is another model
Got this yesterday the and the kids have been making all their own food since! One of my kids was obsessed, apparently there is some youtube thing on it. I will say it is pretty awesome, but then I realized there is a newer model (270) where they offer more bread types.

I just had to have this toaster. It works great and very easy to use. I didn't give it 5 stars because of the panini press. It works, however the cheese didn't melt. I may have had too much cheese 300 bucks I was expecting perfection. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase.
