For the price I paid for this item, it works fantastic. Pros: Cheap, gets the job done, hardly takes up space in my gym bag, my long hair hasn't gotten tangled in the bristles Cons: Takes forever to dry my hair, wish the heads had a lock that prevented them from getting loose (you literally snap them on and off to change them), wish it blew out more air (more power), I don't mind the bristles but wish it had more, I'm always moving the buttons by accident since they're right on the handle.     • Great for fine hair.
Drying and styling with this Revlon hot air curling stick is quick and easy for my very fine, mid length hair. I would imagine that those with long, thick hair would want something more powerful, but the lower drying power actually works best in my case.

    • Easier way to style hair
This is the second Revlon brush hairdryer I've owned. I really like them for curling my hair. Especially good for those of us that struggle with eye-hand coordination in the mirror. It used to be impossible for me to manage a round brush and a blow dryer. Having it all in one makes it easy. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because this model feels less solid in my hand - feels "cheap" even though it still did its job. ... show more

    • A Great Product for the Money!
I had this identical blow-dryer/ curing brush for a long time. It was so wore, I was happy to find a replacement on Amazon and the price was great! It does seem like it doesn't get as hot as the last one but it's still a wonderful way to stayel my hair. Love the sizes of the brush attachments.

    • Great product not for long thick hair
The bristles of the brush are not strong enough to dry wet hair in big sections. After hair is dry and just want to style you need to do it by small sections because the brush and hair will get stuck and won't roll. I try this on my mom's hair and it worked better since her hair is short and thinner. I'm giving 5☆☆☆☆☆ bcs the product is good just not for me. Hope it helps. ... show more

    • Great for short & med. lengths hair w/those having hard time holding both brush & hairdryer.
I’m a 27+ year veteran hairdresser. Many of my clients are getting older and having a harder time holding both the hairdryer and round brush, especially when trying to do the top and crown areas. 1-I don’t allow them to engage the button that allows the brush to roll or rotate. Hair is too easily tangled up and knotted in the bristles. 2- The handle is slender enough for small hands and slightly arthritic ones to grip well, without being too heavy or bulky. 3- The brushes have cool touch tips allowing them to be used for stability. The bristles are just long enough to grip well on medium to thin hair types without tangling. 4- The multiple heat settings aren’t too many or to little. I have not had a client unable to use it or unable to get their desired results. I was pleasantly surprised with my client who has very curly hair and wanted a tool that she could use to both dry and straighten her hair in one unit. Using the larger brush attached, a bit of practice and the proper styling products, she’s able to achieve the goals we set. She’s able to get the volume at the crown with a bit of bend (as if she used a large barrel diameter curling iron) and eliminate the frizz from having naturally curly hair. She’s also able to straighten and dry her longer, side sweeping bangs and once they are dry she uses the hot setting to seal out frizz and make them shinier. I have every client who is thinking about it actually use it with me during their appointment. I don’t think that it’s the best tool for longer than shoulder length hair, or overly thick/coarse hair. Might be a great tool for long hair that was pre-dried, straightened earlier and you now wanted to dress it up a bit after work to go out. Hopefully this is helpful. ... show more

Generally you can select whether you are searching for new or used items. I always select new and this item was definitely used. Boxed was taped shut with scotch tape and it was evident that the cord was undone from original packing. This is a personal care item .. and should not be resold used unless the buyer is aware of that fact. The product itself is good. I’ve had one before and works as described. ... show more
