    • Best Polarized Sunglasses for the Money

I bought 2 pairs of these tortoise shell polarized sunglasses. For $15, these are a steel! I have a few pair of really nice sunglasses Rayban, Maui Jim's and Persols. However, out of fear of scratching them up and/or loosing them, I kind of only wear the expensive glasses for special occasions. These Ray Ban-esque, Wayfarer-like sunglasses are absolutely fantastic as a worry-free pair of sunglasses that you can wear daily. I used to pay $30-$40 for my cheapo daily sunglasses. I'd buy them at the same cheap sunglasses store during summer beach vacations. I'd typically get about 1-2 years out of them before they get scratched up an need replacing. These are half the price!! BOGO baby! For the price, I can't believe that I see complaints in the reviews that these glasses 'easily scratch' or 'feel cheap'. They are cheap, that's why you buy them. I bought a pair of genuine Ray Ban Wayfarers a few years back. I was walking along the beach and the glasses got sprayed with salt water. The polarized coating on the real Ray Ban's was totally destroyed and Ray Ban wouldn't do anything about it. With these glasses, I jump in pools, the ocean, wipe them off with my tee-shirt (all of the things you shouldn't do) and they're fine. I'll admit the lenses are not as nice as the glass, double polarized HCL Bronze lenses in my Maui Jim's, however, the color of the lenses is very similar and the 'cheapo polarization' does a great job of reducing glare. In general, they are great for driving and seem to increase visibility in light rain. I hope they don't stop making these. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for a inexpensive, classic, polarized, daily pair of sunglasses. ... show more

I recently purchased the Retro Rewind Polarized Sunglasses for Men and Women, and I must say, I am quite impressed with their overall design and performance. These sunglasses do an excellent job of providing UV protection while sporting a classic and timeless look, reminiscent of the iconic Oakley Frogskins. The polarization works well, significantly reducing glare and making it easier to enjoy outdoor activities without any discomfort. The frame feels sturdy, and the lenses appear to be of high quality, providing clear and sharp vision in various lighting conditions. However, I deducted one star because of the gold writing on the inside of the clear arms, which detracts from the otherwise sleek and stylish appearance of the sunglasses. It's a bit of an eyesore, and I hope that I can remove it using nail polish remover or another method without causing damage to the sunglasses. Despite this minor flaw, I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend the Retro Rewind Polarized Sunglasses to anyone looking for an affordable yet stylish pair of sunglasses that provide excellent UV protection. This is my third time ordering these glasses. Whether I lost or scratched or broke the others..🤭 these are just my absolute favorite. They are comfortable and provide adequate shade. I absolutely love the look and fit of these. However, I got the white pair, and while I'd expect white glasses to discolor eventually, these had a noticeable orange color on the edges by the second time I wore them. It kind of looked like I'd been wearing foundation and it had rubbed off on the sunglasses, except I don't wear foundation and the first places to discolor were the outside edges that never touch my skin. And I always stored them in the bag they came in, so it's not like they picked the color up from where they sat. these are really good for the price. They feel sturdy enough and are polarized too. They come with a bag for keeping that you can also use to wipe the glasses. I have many other polarized glasses from Rayban and Oakley and these perform just as well. Id totally recommend to anyone wanting polarized glasses and not wanting to break the bank.
