In less than a year, basically they are just expensive headphones. Microphones doesnt work, when someone calls me and I try to use them no one can hear me, trackpad or the side touch buttons dont work at all, camera works fine but the only to use it now is with the physical button. At first they were fantastic and I loved them, I use the as my permanent daily driver because I use them as my prescription glasses. I’ve owned Meta smart glasses since the first generation, and overall these Gen 2 glasses are still a great product — stylish, comfortable, and genuinely useful. The fit is excellent, and the lenses do a great job keeping bright lights out, which is important for my medical condition. They’re lightweight enough to wear all day without discomfort. The camera quality is impressive. Photos and videos come out clear and natural, and being able to capture moments hands‑free is a huge benefit. That’s one of the main reasons I’ve stuck with Meta glasses — they make everyday life easier. However, there are some downsides with this generation. The AI sometimes jumps into conversations even when I didn’t ask it to, which can be interruptive and awkward. Phone calls are another issue — people often can’t hear me clearly, something I never experienced with the first‑gen glasses. That’s been disappointing, because the original model handled calls much better. Even with those problems, I still think these glasses have a lot of potential. Once Meta fixes the bugs with the AI activation and microphone clarity, this will be an outstanding product again. My last pair lasted me three years, so I’m hoping these will hold up just as well. If you want style, comfort, and hands‑free photo/video capability, these are still a solid choice — just be aware of the current software quirks. ... show more

These are nice-enough glasses... not too obvious and decent looking. The amount of sun blockage is good. Sound is good. Video is ok, but you're only allowed 3 min per clip. If you have high disposable income then they're fine. If you're on a budget don't spend your money on these.
