I fell in love with these glasses since they came in! The fit, the look, battery life and build quality. Great product! Awesome features. I have been using them to film POV of working on cars and o love that I can finally free up my hands and not have to bring a tripod.

I wanted to love these. But apparently if you lose them, theyre just lost forever. The protection plan only covered damges not lost or theft. I was going to buy another pair because i did enjoy them. But wt i i los them again or they get stolen? lol nah told hubby that was a huge waste of money.

Iv had these for several months since January, At first i really enjoyed these , hands free communication and music listening was amazing, answer calls etc very helpful with me while I work , The battery lasts a long time about 8-10!hrs of light use , if you use more functions then less runtime but they charge very fast in the case so that’s awesome. The case holds a charge for a long time several days so again very nice. The lens i got in mine where the transition style and well I hoped they would work well but they don’t work when driving in the car for some reason even in full direct sunlight, when outside they do transition but not very much again this is full direct sunlight, they take a long time to change back to clear which is annoying usually I have to take the glasses off then put back on after few minutes. The lens are replaceable and iv since swapped them out for just clear ones . The worst thing about these is the weight , they are very heavy and have caused bad skin problems on my nose , I had very red damaged skin which then turned into bruising and took a long time to heal. I tried nose silicone pads for the nose area but after few hrs of wearing them red blisters stated to show up, They say wear them in short spans and don’t wear all day long , only problem is they also sell these to work with prescription lens so how can you not wear them all day , I think these could be improved a lot mostly make them lighter and change what they are made of, online says there is nickel in them and the plastic is also to thick , if these didn’t ruin my nose I’d love them but unfortunately they do so . Value for the money- I’d say no . I wish they were . Maybe a later generation will fix those issues

Reviewing after two weeks of use: Overall, my experience with the Ray-Ban Meta glasses has been positive, but I want to start with the negatives because I think it can really help people choose the right lenses. Do not buy the transition lenses if your main use is as sunglasses. Unless most of your use is indoors, I would not recommend them. The only way these lenses seem to reach a truly dark level, close to category 3, is if you are walking around while basically staring directly at the Sun the whole time. If you wear a hat, walk early in the morning or late in the afternoon, or if the sun is still bright but not hitting the lenses directly, they usually only get to something like category 1 or 2, if that. In real daily use, they are just not dark enough to be effective sunglasses. I honestly wish I had chosen a different lens option. Another big downside is that it does not seem possible to buy original Ray-Ban replacement lenses on Amazon. Most of the available replacement lenses are from unknown brands with very low ratings, which makes replacing the lenses more annoying than it should be. The camera quality is very good for both video and photos. Just do not expect to zoom into photos and still have them stay sharp. They are good for casual use, not for replacing a real camera. The biggest surprise for me was actually the speakers. They are very comfortable because nothing goes inside your ears, and the sound quality is surprisingly good. Overall, I would give the glasses themselves an 8/10, because I think the technology is good but the price is still higher than what the product truly offers. For the transition lenses, I would give them 4/10. They are useful in some situations, but if you need real sunglasses, they are not the right choice.

When it came to using the glasses, I loved them. It connected to my phone and played all it's audio from it and it had its own AI (Though it felt not as sophisticated as some of the AI chat bots but that could have been my signal that night) that would answer questions or do commands for me. I think its so sick. My only hiccup with the glasses was the battery life. I took them to Halloween horror nights and it they died within 4 hours. Luckily they charged decently fast and I was able to charge them throughout the lines. That was with basically constant recordings though the quality of the images was fantastic. Personal note though, I have bangs (kinda) and sometimes the camera would be blocked by my hair so be aware of that.

Great product takes nice pictures and videos with your hands free, answers calls, hears your music, and talks with IA in one gadget. Looks and feel like a traditional glasses including UV protection, in my case are transition glasses so I can use them in a sunny day and closed venue with comfort.
