  • Perfect Everyday Glasses
Size: Standard Color: Shiny Black/Green
These Ray‑Ban Meta Wayfarer are honestly the perfect mix of style and tech. They look just like regular Ray‑Ban Wayfarers, so you don’t feel like you’re wearing bulky “gadget glasses,” but they’re packed with smart features. The camera is super convenient for quick photos and videos hands-free, and the audio is surprisingly clear for calls and music without blocking outside noise. Great for walking around, traveling, or just everyday errands. The touch controls are easy to use, and battery life easily lasts most of the day for normal use. Comfort is solid, lenses are crisp, and build quality feels premium. If you want smart glasses that actually look good and work well, these are 100% worth it. I end up wearing them way more than I expected. ... show more

  • Incognito
Size: Large Color: Shiny Black/Green
I am thoroughly impressed with these. The battery life meets my expectations, allowing for half a day of music listening without issue. However, extensive use of the camera functions does drain the battery quickly, lasting only about an hour. The quality of the pictures taken is very good, and the large frames I chose suit me well. Given the nature of my work, having a capable video camera is essential, and these have fit the bill. While I do wish I had chosen the transition lenses for better indoor usability, the experience of listening to music is fantastic. The sound quality exceeded my expectations, and the privacy it offers is undeniable. Another great function is the live translation. Translate any language directly into your ears. Not impressed with the AI function I've tried asking the AI function questions and it's not very reliable. I get weird answers and it doesn't always understand what I'm talking about. Even simple things like, what is the object I am holding, in this case, a leaf, it can't answer well. It's hit or miss. ... show more

  • Update 2. Device so useless as to be unbelievable. Software is not ready for Prime Time
Size: Standard Color: Matte Black/Polarized Gradient Graphite
This is an update to an update to an update. I’ve officially downgraded these glasses to one star. If the Amazon Gods would only let us use negative values I would be even happier. . After almost 10 days of trying to use these things while on our European vacation, I have to declare them the single most defective, most useless device purchased on Amazon (or anywhere) in a very long time. I normally carry both an iPhone and iPad with me. The software is so kludgy that it never knows where or how to connect. The Ai function does not work at all. Period. No amount of fiddling will make it work. This, in spite of the fact that I’ve tried connecting to the US via a VPN. To make things worse is the fact that you will often, and unknowingly, begin to take either photos or videos. I have some stunning photos of my shoes, the carpet, and the bright blue sky. This all happens as you sit in a lounge chair looking goofy because the LED light, which cannot be disabled, blinks to let people know you seem to prefer a video of your shoes rather than the stunning native scenery. People tend to alternate looking at you as both a pervert and an idiot. Good grief, I can’t wait to send these things back to Amazon. The value of this product should be about $10 and be on the rack in the convention store with the other cheap glasses that are more often stolen than purchased. These glasses are so useless as to be really unbelievable. They will not stay connected to any iOS device. They constantly lose Bluetooth connectivity. It seems the Ai function is not available outside the US as it refuses to work in Europe. The glasses refuse to connect to a European WiFi. Whatever you do. Do NOT believe any of the glowing reviews from the YouTube hucksters who are getting free swag and being paid to tout this product. Take it from me. These glasses are not going to do what you want them to do. Rayban you should be ashamed of lending your good name to a carnival side show barker such as Zuckerberg. So, while everyone is posting somewhat rave reviews, let’s discuss the cons of owning these glasses. I bought these glasses for use both on vacation, as well as an addition to my studio cameras that I use for my Edge Of Innovation channel on YouTube. The software is wonky. Seemingly it will not pair with two iOS devices. For example, you cannot pair the device with both your iPhone and IPad. Once paired there is a goofy, convoluted process to do a full reset of the glasses in order to pair with another device. Speaking of using with an iPad…there is no iPad specific app for the glasses. To use the Meta View app one must use the app as an iPhone app in the enlarged view in the portrait mode. Software this bad from two major companies is simply unacceptable in today’s world. As we all know, there is no love lost between Apple and Meta. This becomes clear when using this device. It is my greatest hope that Apple will create a competing device and Sherlock this device from Meta. I should mention that the only reason this is not a 1-star review is because the glasses themselves are okay as far as actually working as sun glasses. ... show more

  • Meta Ray-Ban glasses review from a dad’s perspective
Size: Large Color: Matte Black/Transitions Clear to Graphit...
I absolutely LOVE these glasses. The style, the usability, the video, photo, and audio, clarity everything is just incredible! The battery life could get me through an entire day unless I was shooting a lot of video/photo, then I would get around 4hrs. Which isn’t bad especially with the fast charging speed the charging case offers. I really enjoyed being able to capture my kids having fun without fumbling around in my pocket for my phone. Also my kids wouldn’t freeze up and stop what they were doing because they saw me bring my phone out. They barely noticed me taking video with the glasses. They saw the flashing light on the glasses but didn’t think twice about it. I also loved the fact that I still had both hands available to interact with my kids while capturing incredible POV shots. I signed up for the “Early Access” program to gain access to the upcoming features. The live translations feature was a real game changer. Testing it out with some of my Spanish speaking colleagues was fun but it was really useful when I was recently at a Spanish market and I was able to better communicate. Using the glasses to scan QR code or having John Cena (one of the celebrity voices available for Meta AI” answer a question for me while on the go without bringing out my phone was great. The speakers on the glasses are really good as well. I enjoyed being able to take a call or listen to a podcast while walking around without having my AirPods in my ear. Now don’t get me wrong the sound quality is not matched the the AirPods Pros especially when the noise cancellation is on. But for the convenience and comfort of not having something in your ear and still being able to hear it’s a win for me. I ended up going with the large size, which fit me well. BUT my one issue is that the arms are just a tad but snug by the top of the ear. I was able to find some cushions on Amazon which completely rectified the issue. For around $400 after tax I feel that these glasses are a great value for the money. Also depending on the type of Vision insurance you have they may be covered, at least some of the cost. Which makes them an even better deal. ... show more

  • Just read the review I know its long.
Size: Standard Color: Matte Black/Transitions Clear to Graphit...
I love and hate these. Reasons why I love them first. 1. Never thought i would like open ear buds but these things are GREAT as head phones. Everyone i show them too is blown away when they put them on to try them out and hear music! You have full awareness around tou because tou dont have something jammed in your ear. And the sounds quality is great. 2. The mic and call quality is GREAT! I work construction and when I have phone calls I have to close up the cab of an excavator so the person on the other end doesn't hear a bunch of noise. These things somehow cancel out background noise better then anything else I've used. People say they cant hear anything when on my end its really loud. 3. I dont wear glasses so its a bit weird for me to be doing so. But it kinda is almost like a disguise. People who see me with them on assume I wear glasses and if they saw me without them maybe I wouldn't be remembered. Idk maybe its something I only care about. 4. With that being said ive always wanted transitional lenses. Don't ask me why just thought they were cool. But in reality. If your not in direct sunlight. Say driving in your car under the shade of the roof they will never transition so using them as driving shades doesnt really work. I guess I wish they were a little more sensitive and got a smidge darker then they do 5. Taking video and pictures without having to pull out a phone is really cool. Being able to ask meta to do it without having to touch anything is even cooler. But thats about it. Quality OK i guess. almost wish there was a way to view the camera through your phone screen so you know if your getting what you want but I think it's a wide enough shot it works for most things. Another thing though is i use them to take videos while I run excavators. And I noticed in my videos im constantly looking around from a safety aspect. So the videos are ok until I snap my head to check before I swing. Then its back to front then it seems like I'm wildly looking around alot when thats really not the case but I do have to move my head to use my peripheral vision so my videos come out with some weird camera work because I'm not thinking about it I guess. 6. Comfortable as normal glasses. Not heavy feeling and dont slip off my nose I can wear them for hours and they dont bother me. I've had ear buds I cant wear for more then an house without head aches. Now the not so great.... Meta AI.....at first I thought this would be great. I talked to it a little bit in the beginning. Asked it simple things. Held a few conversations as i did other things just to test it. And conversationally it wasnt to bad. But that was about it. Its really a novelty at this point and even through updates hasn't really leveled up much. Is replys are basic. Generalized and kinda dumb. Even for simple obvious item is wants to generalize its answer. Its like its scared to get a wrong answer and doesnt feel like its learning so whats then point in calling it an AI if its not taking everything it's learning and using that data to do better next time. Maybe in another 10 years. But even chatgpt I've noticed leaps and bounds in its abilities and replies. Over the short people of time I use it. Also I cant help but to think this thing is listening in and taking videos and pictures Unauthorized on its own accord. Call me suspicious but I wouldn't put it past shumckerburg to have it do something like that. 2. The whole find my car or remember where I put this. I thought as a person with ADHD this was gonna help so much. But you have to remember to make it remember. So that kinda defeats the purpose. Having to make a conscious effort to have it remember effectively makes it useless. Because that conscious effort makes you remember where you left Whatever you wanted to remember and i'm sorry but if you can't find your car in a parking lot, maybe you shouldn't be driving anymore. 3. The "I'm recording light". This is dumb. And I know people have found work arounds but my biggest peeve with this is why DID YOU NOT PUT A FULL BRIGHNTESS LED LIGHT on these things if your gonna go as far to put a dumb little light on them like really! Think about it! Hey meta! Gimme some light! BOOM! INSTANT HEADLAMP. This was a HUGE missed opportunity. If your gonna put a stupid "im recording you light" on these at lease make it be able to be turned up like the little flashlight LED on everyones phone that can be used as a flash light. I mean come on! Serious missed opportunity meta.....People are gonna record anyways. They dont ask permission. Its unfortunately just accepted these days I'm not a huge fan of it but everybody ending up on somebody else's social media page as an NPC eventually. Its unavoidable now a days with EVERYBODY having access to a recording device in their pocket now. So yeah These are a cool piece of tech. Like I said I mainly use them as headphones and to take calls. Im glad I didn't get the 700$ with the screen in them. Cuz let's be honest. At least these still look like raybans. Those new ones look bulky and lame. Don't tell they dont cuz THEY DO. I wish they would come out with a pair of these in oakley batwolf frames. I would buy another pair just for those frames and their side sun glare protection. Normal in front of your face glasses like these have never been my look though my wife finds them attractive on me which I guess is a good thing. Its just not my style. I've only ever liked 2 styles of glasses. The Oakley batwolfs and the traditional ray ban. But 99/100 times ill wear the Oakley just for the wrap around look and protection. Like I said. Cool piece of tech but needs ALOT of improvement before I feel ill be getting another pair ... show more

  • The coolest gift ever!!!
Size: Standard Color: Shiny Black/Clear
We got the Ray-Ban Meta (Gen 1) glasses for our son’s 13th birthday, and honestly, we might be the best and coolest parents on the block right now. These things are a total game changer. He puts them on and instantly feels like a tech-savvy spy from the future. Taking hands-free photos and videos of his friends, listening to music while skating, and even getting directions without pulling out his phone. The style looks just like classic Ray-Bans, so they don’t scream “smart glasses” . They just look sharp. The camera quality is surprisingly good for quick snaps and clips, the audio is crystal clear for calls and Spotify, and the battery lasts through an entire day of adventures. He’s already used them to record his basketball highlights, chat with grandma, and show off to his friends (who are now begging their parents for a pair too). Setup was super easy, and the Meta app connects seamlessly. No complaints at all! These glasses made our kid’s birthday unforgettable and turned us into the coolest parents in the neighborhood overnight. Highly recommend for any teen (or adult) who wants to stay connected in the most stylish way possible! — Super proud (and now legendary) parents! ... show more

  • Ray-Ban Meta Glasses Review – Stylish, Functional, and Packed with Tech
Size: Standard Color: Matte Black/Polarized Gradient Graphite
I recently purchased two pairs of Ray-Ban Meta glasses—one with transition lenses and one with polarized lenses—and they’ve been a game changer for my daily life and content creation. Here’s a breakdown of my experience with both pairs and their features: What I Loved • Hands-Free Content Creation: These glasses have made it incredibly easy to record high-quality videos while keeping my hands free. As a content creator, I love giving my audience a first-person view of what I’m doing, and the ease of snapping photos or shooting videos on the go is unmatched. • Stylish and Discreet Design: The Wayfarer style is a timeless classic, and over 99% of people won’t even realize these are smart glasses. I get all the benefits of advanced tech without sacrificing style. • Polarized Lens Quality: The clarity of the polarized lenses is unreal. They block out the sun beautifully, especially in Florida’s intense sunlight, and make driving feel sharper and more vibrant. • Immersive Sound Quality: Listening to music and taking calls without earbuds is an incredible experience. The sound is immersive, theater-like, and subtle enough that people nearby won’t hear it. I even had a crystal-clear call with my dad, and he had no idea I was using glasses for audio! The Cons • Transition Lenses Fall Short Outdoors: While they’re great indoors, the transition lenses don’t adapt quickly enough to the Florida sun and don’t block out glare as effectively as polarized lenses. If you need strong sun protection, go for the polarized option. • “Hey Meta” Feature is a Letdown: This was the biggest disappointment. The voice assistant is unreliable and drains the battery rapidly. For example, when I asked it to delete a video, it looped endlessly without actually doing it. It also struggled with recognizing objects—I asked about a man-made mountain, and it gave me a completely inaccurate answer. I’ve since turned this feature off. • Battery Life with “Hey Meta”: With the assistant on, the battery drained by 10% for a 3-minute video. Turning it off drastically improved performance—only 1% battery drain for the same recording length. If you want the glasses to last all day, keep “Hey Meta” off. • Fit Needed Adjustments: Out of the box, the glasses were slightly heavy and slid down my nose. Adding nose pads resolved the issue and made them much more comfortable for extended wear. Overall Thoughts These glasses excel in hands-free convenience, exceptional call quality, and immersive sound, all wrapped in a stylish, discreet design. While the “Hey Meta” feature fell short and the battery life could be better with it enabled, turning it off made a world of difference. If you’re looking for stylish smart glasses that deliver high-quality content creation and audio, I highly recommend these—especially the polarized lenses. They’ve exceeded my expectations in so many ways and are now a daily essential for me! ... show more
