All these have a similar design to them this is the second one I’ve ordered and it freezes on one game, remote note exit out of it and I have to unplug the whole thing we start again pick a game and then it’ll get stuck on that game as well and stay unresponsive in the remote do nothing. I’m unplugging it packing it up and sending it back out. I’m done with these.

I was a bit put off by the mixed reviews and almost didn’t purchase - I’m glad I did. A few cons - I wish it was a little sturdier quality and had better instructions. As well, we’ve experienced one game so far that won’t let you back out without resetting - but it’s only been one out of the many we’ve played so far. With the negative out of the way, it’s a really neat little platform and has all the classics we were looking for. Super Mario brothers, contra, Zelda, and soooo many others. The games play well and screen play is enjoyable - smooth operating and responsive. This is exactly what I was hoping for. Many of the other emulators don’t have some of the more popular games. The controllers are very responsive as long as the dongle/stick is visible. For the price point you get sooooo many popular games. Overall, I’m very pleased with the purchase and would recommend. Just take the negative points and decide if that’s something that’s non-negotiable. Edited: found the saves do not hold. -so you have to start fresh everytime you play
