Set screw is just barely long enough... It could have had an extra 2 threads and been better. Also the charging USB c spots are... Ok, but a lil stiff. Overall not a bad product

This cooling stand has a very slick and minimal look for your PS5. It really does help and improve the quality of use. No noise level and my husband has been using it for a while. Very durable and fits on any flat surface. Worth your money!

The media could not be loaded. I am only just now getting it put together and the screw that this thing comes with is way too short and not the right size. It won't screw in tightly and that leaves a loose connection to the base. This isn't worth the money if you can't securely connect your PS5 to it. Even pushing as hard as I can, I can't get the screw to tighten. It stays loose and wobbly. That defeats the entire purpose of getting a stand for a PS5. It could easily be knocked over with this. My PS5 is brand new. It's been out of the box once to set it up, then I moved and never touched it again until now. This is the first time I've tried to put it on the stand. The stand wobbles and the PS5 leans on it. This is a horrible product. Don't waste your money on this. I'm outside of my return window or this thing would be shipped back IMMEDIATELY.
