The media could not be loaded. Awesome! Started using as soon as I received. Love that it allows me to water at the base of my plants without straining. I certainly like That I can control the pressure. Can have gentle shower for my garden without the fear of uprooting them. Feels very ergonomic and lightweight. As of now it is not leaking and easy to shut off while I tend to other garden things. Great value for what it’s intended for and seems durable.

After 10 months the thumb control lever began spewing water out of the side. Same as Allison's review on Feb 27th. I wasn't even using it at the time it failed...I just happened to hear water running outside the house. When I went to investigate, there was the device spraying water out the side. The seller contacted me and offered to replace the defective sprayer with a "heavier duty" model. The new one uses a different method of turning the water on and off, and works well. Great customer service.

Update: The brand reached out to me to make things right with my defective unit. I really appreciate that kind of service. Will buy another. I purchased two of these for my gardens. One is working great, just as expected. I really like the handle and the sprayer is easy to operate. The other started leaking at the adjustment switch after about 2 weeks and is very annoying to use. I can sort of press it into shape so it doesn't spray me in the face but that's always a temporary fix. It seems maybe the adjuster isn't well sealed or maybe I have a bad gasket in mine. No easy way to take it apart and check, and if I did it would probably break the switch. I might still try because these weren't the cheapest.

Much better quality than most of the sprayer nozzles I have had. Solid construction. Several more options that the typical sprayer. I tend to use the angle, shower, and the 'fan' shaped options. I like the vertical one, which I have never had before. The shower option on this one is very nice and even and allows plenty of water through so I can water my plants much faster. The flip on/off is a must-have, as well as the extra length of the wand (but not too long/awkward). Does not leak around the connection point. Very pleased!

Excellent replacement for the all plastic one that had for several years. Hope this one lasts as long if not longer. Essy to change spray modes, more spray options than previous one, eqsy to connect, and overall seems good value.

I found the product well made and functional. The only issue I found was that the one spray function “Jet” that I would use the most does not spray well . I believe it may be from a manufacturing issue. It spays weak and distorted. As I have used it I can not return it so I will need to buy a different one Update. As I made this review I received a email from the manufacturer in reference to my complaint. They were very apologetic for the issue and immediately sent me a replacement free of charge . I found this very refreshing to have such great customer service. The new one works great and I highly recommend purchasing this item from this supplier !

NOT a TERRIBLE seller!!! I am revising my original review after having been contacted by the seller; the product was definitely defective BUT RESTMO responded and refunded the purchase amount. Clearly they they stood by the guarantee so I would definitely would consider purchasing from them again. The watering wand was defective and unusable but I am happy that they made things right. I won't hold them responsible for the defective manufacturing (quality - which is the only reason I am not giving this 5 stars). But I would trust RESTMO for future purchases.
