Why did you pick this product vs others?: Works good other than when it rains it leaks. So I would say not a good product. It leaks from the fan not the where it is mounted.

Well built. Motor is well balanced so its quiet. Easy to install. Price was the lowest of all the ones I researched. Still expensive in my opinion
