Sturdy, but no manual
The resistance training kit is supposed to come with 5 extra latex resistance loop bands in addition to 2 adjustable straps, 1 door anchor, 1 user manual, and 1 portable storage bag. There was no manual included. Just a sheet showing different exercise positions. The box said there is a digital manual available, but there was no way to retrieve this. In their marketing literature, they identified a picture of the door anchor as a foam handle. Everything looks sturdy and well-made. I used the latex stretch bands, and they worked very well. I will update this review as I use the other devices.

Excellent exercise apparatus!
I bought this for my husband to help him recover from a car accident. He likes it! It has greatly helped improve the range of motion in the shoulder after a clavicle fracture. It's very easy to set up and use. It can be folded up and put into the small tote bag that we carry with us when we travel. Well worth the investment!
