This is a highly portable, compact, take-along exercise tool. I'm using it in conjunction with my PT sessions to stay flexible and mobile. included with these resistance bands with handles is a handy exercise guide that shows numerous effective ways this resistance band can help you exercise safely and effectively. The included door anchor also provides another way to utilize this great little exercise tool. Simply slip one of the handles of the resistance band through the larger loop of the anchor, then place the foam roller on the opposite side of a door from the exercise band, and close the door on the flat part of the anchor. This is an effective way to add extra options to your exercise routine.

While this is only a single resistance band rather than a set, this is probably my favorite resistance band. I have two other sets of bands, one a tubular type like this one and another which are the flat loops. While I like both of those sets, this band is the most comfortable to use and has the best feeling range of resistance. The tubular rubber on this band has a more substantial feel than my other tube bands. This one seems to retain elasticity even when stretched out. Also, the built-in handle is more comfortable than detachable handles like in my existing set since there is no hook to interfere with your hand during use. This handle design seems like the best option for resistance bands that i have experienced. A nice touch with this band is the included door hook which enables a far greater range of use. I can't speak to long term durability at this point, but the band so far has felt substantial and in no risk of breaking after weeks of use.

This was a gift for my wife who likes using exercise bands as opposed to free weights. She likes this particular type of tube band instead of the wide flat rubber bands. It seemed that the flat ones are more prone to breaking/snapping possibly hitting a person in the face. This is more of a medical grade rubber or silicone. This is a medium weight band which is good for leg exercises. We may purchase a light weight band for her arm/upper body routines. The handles are not very soft but this is not a deal breaker. No more cheap flat rubber bands!!
