Great Value! You get 5 bands, a carrying bag so you don't misplace them ( cuz you will without it) and a workout instruction manual. For $4.99! Yes the material in a little thin but thicker than some more expensive ones I've bought on here. Great choice to get you started. They can withstand a lot of stretching . If your on the larger size maybe invest in wider ones as these tend to roll on me sometimes. I have costochodritis and I can't lift anymore. My chiropractor recommended these and showed me some workouts to try . So this is a great alternative and takes up no space at home, easy to use at home while you watch tv or listen to music, even on your phone if you use it at least 5+ minutes a day results start showing pretty quickly. I'll even put the band on my legs when I'm on the couch or in bed watching TV or on my phone or tablet and do leg workouts between commercials. I’ve been using these Wikday loop bands for three weeks now — here are my impressions: 1. Three resistance levels – The light one is perfect for warm-up exercises and stretching. – The medium band provides a solid challenge for glute activation and lateral leg lifts. – The heavy band is genuinely tough — great for deep squats, lunges, and glute bridges. 2. Material and comfort The latex is durable yet stretchy. It doesn’t slip or stick to the skin like some fabric bands do. The edges are smooth and don’t dig in, even after 100+ reps. The surface is easy to wipe clean after workouts. 3. Packaging and portability The drawstring pouch is super handy for carrying the bands in your gym bag or backpack. They fold compactly and stay protected from dirt and direct sunlight. 4. Durability After intense use and a few hand washes (warm water and mild soap), the bands haven’t stretched out or lost their shape. The resistance labels are still clear and intact. 5. Workout results I noticed better glute and leg engagement just after a week. They’re a great alternative to dumbbells for at-home or on-the-go workouts. I am just getting started with these, so, they are very durable, and I like it has the light, heavy, extra heavy, written on them. I was looking for open bands and these are loop bands. But I will still definitely use them.

A reel popped up on FB showing somebody working out with these and I was intrigued. I am trying to work on my arms and get them toned as they are quite flabby.. then I saw these on a sale so I purchased them. They come in a little bag and you can carry all five of these bands with you anywhere even in your purse. Easy to pack and I go to see my grandchildren overnight a few times a month so this is great. I also have no room in my house for a big pieces of equipment or any desire to have equipment laying around. Once I’m done with this, I put it back in the little bag. The bands are different thicknesses and widths . The light one is very easy to use and I just skipped over that one as I am fairly strong . You get a great workout with the bands , using the lighter ones with more reps, or using a heavier weight with fewer reps. They are very sturdy and will not break , unlike a rubber band. I use them watching either a YouTube video or some Facebook groups that show you how to use these. Sometimes I just grab one for a few minutes while watching other programs also. Definitely worth the few dollars I spent on these and I see a difference in my arms already!
