I love this doorbell, especially as a Synology user. Here is my in-depth review based on my experience: 1. PoE (Power over Ethernet): One of the standout features is the PoE capability. This ensures a stable and uninterrupted connection. 2. Integration with Synology Surveillance Station: Pairing this device with my Synology Surveillance Station was a breeze. I could access some of its functionalities (but not all) through the Synology interface (settings, custom alerts etc i still needed the actual app). This integration allows for seamless monitoring, recording, and playback, making it an excellent choice for those already invested in the Synology ecosystem. 3. Image Quality and Night Vision: The image quality is great, with clear and sharp visuals during the day. The night vision feature is equally great. 4. Build Quality and Design: I like Reolink design and material, my only issue is i wish i could get this in Black 5. Price Point: The camera is at a good price point and reolink usually offer discounts 6. Aspect ratio: This camera specifically offer larger head to tow which also cover (and enable) package detection, super cool. Areas for Improvement 1. Initial Setup: While the overall setup was straightforward, the initial configuration process could be more user-friendly. The instructions were somewhat lacking in detail, which might be challenging for those who are not very tech-savvy. 2. Software and App Interface: The proprietary app provided with the camera is functional but could use some refinement. The user interface is not as intuitive as some competitors, and there are occasional bugs that need addressing. However, this is less of an issue if you’re primarily using it through Synology Surveillance Station.

I have been wanting a doorbell with a camera for quite a while so I jumped at the chance to try this one out! I am very impressed by the quality of this as well as how well made it is! The motion detector is outstanding and it will definitely alert me if there is any movement in the frame, and the camera is nice and crisp and very clear so you could easily identify who is standing there. The directions that it comes with are very clear and easy to read and understand so my husband was able to get this fully assembled in no time! It definitely does everything that it says it will do! So far I would say it's 100% true to the ad! Plenty of storage space for recording videos as well and connectivity was an absolute breeze! We were easily able to get this all set up with no issues whatsoever. I definitely feel like this has added some great security to our home just being able to see 100% who's out there and if there's any Movement by the front door. This definitely stands up to other name brand doorbell cameras and I would say if you have been looking for one don't hesitate to go with this one! The price is absolutely outstanding and you get an amazing value for your money as well! Definitely a solid 10/10

This only works with an NVR. With all their other cameras accepting SD cards I expected this to be the same. Not spending hundreds more just to use their video doorbell. It was returned.
