First off I received this item to review. I found it arrived very quickly and was packaged quite well. Surprisingly it came with the unit itself, a wall power supply, and a car power cable, along with a simple but clear instruction book and a soft cover to slip over the unit. I plugged it in and tried it out. At first I thought it was a little small for my frame (6’1” 200lbs) but after using it for a while it seemed like it was actually better at this size as it kept my arms tighter to allow easier pressure. This also allows it to be used by my wife and children. I had a larger one before and it was uncomfortable for them. The massager worked well and had plenty of power. There is a power button, 3 speeds, direction, and heat options on the left arm. They all work well. The heat lights the rollers up red so you know when you have it on. It also heats up nicely without being too hot. The fit and finish of the unit is quite nice with the perforated leatherish material, quilting, colors, and buttons being very attractive. I could find no loose stitches or defects. The only negative I could find was that the direction button not only changes the direction but also causes it to completely stop for a second mid massage and change direction periodically through out. Kinda took me by surprise but once you are used to it it is no big deal. Overall I would say it is a very nice massager that you just can’t beat, especially for the price!!

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been looking for a reliable massager for the longest time. I workout everyday and use the rowing machine as my cardio exercise and this feels wonderful on my thighs and legs after a long workout. I also have lower back pain and do yoga and this has helped with the muscles on my lower back as well. The package arrived very quickly. I’m using it on my feet as I write this review. You can’t beat the price either. I saw ones very similar to this for double. I do believe in the saying “You get what you pay for” but this is an exception. Don’t let the price fool you. It does the job and the heat feels amazing! It also comes with a car adapter so you can take it with you while on the go. I plan on using this on my way home from work everyday since my drive is an hour commute. I left a video review as well so you can get more information and see it working in action. Lastly, the customer service is superb. Very friendly and communication is quick, which I like.

I have been having some pains in my neck and some minor headaches, so I figured I'd try one of these out. I picked it up for about $40 after taxes. I tried it out a few times and it worked alright. I am not super thrilled with it, but I can see why some people may like it. Here's my list of pros and cons that I found with it: Pros: - It seems to work pretty well, mechanically. The heating worked, the rollers did what they were supposed to do, and the controlls all functioned. - The arm straps are nice and comfortable. This helps to hold pressure on the device, but also helped me relax my arms - It comes with a 120v & 12v plug. Personally, I would not use this in the car, but if you are a passenger and don't mind being a little uncomfortable having it around your neck while you sit, this could be a good little device during a long drive. Cons: - It's not super comfortable. I like to sit or lay down while I'm relaxing, which is where I'd really want to use this. This is not comfortable to wear when sitting on a standard couch. I tested laying down and that is a hard no. This wasn't too bad sitting in my office chair where nothing was pushing against it, but I'd liked to have it on when I was relaxing on the couch. - I did not get that massage feeling when wearing it. I'm a pretty thin guy so it could be my boney neck and shoulders. It felt more like someone taking pool balls and pushing against my neck and shoulders. I've used other devices that did not give me that same feeling. This was just a quick overview of the product. I have not used it a whole lot since it seems to hurt more than help, but that could be just me. I've seen others saying theirs has stopped working after a few minutes of use, but mine is still going. I've got an hour or so on it over a few spans. Would I buy this again? This is one product that I would pass on. I think I'd rather have a heating pad or go get a professional massage.
