I had been shopping for a new mattress since July and visited several stores without finding anything that felt right. The positive reviews and 90‑day return policy convinced me to take a chance on a mattress I hadn’t tested in person, and I’m glad I did. The mattress felt a little softer than I expected at first (it’s described as “medium firm”), but it has been incredibly comfortable. I’ve been sleeping great for three months, and the “DreamCloud” name really fits the feel. Cooling: If you’re a naturally warm sleeper like me, this may not dramatically change that. Even with organic bedding, I still sleep warm, so results may vary. So far it’s holding its shape perfectly—no sagging or dips. For reference, I’m 5'3" and 130 lbs. This is a big improvement over the permanent body dents I experienced with my old Tempur‑Pedic. There was zero odor when unboxed, took only a few hours to decompress and I was able to sleep on it the same day it arrived. I’m very pleased with the quality and comfort so far. Update! Two months in and very satisfied. The mattress alone solved 90% of my pain, but I got greedy and went for 100%! I found the answer in the viscosoft 2 inch gel foam topper and a bamboo padded topper on that to help with cooling. That plus this mattress has me pain free every night and I sleep easily on my back. I need a catapult to get into the thing but it’s worth the trip 😊. didn’t know a mattress could be so life changing. I’m in my 60s with some arthritis in my hips and shoulders. I also struggle with back pain issues. I am a reformed stomach sleeper as I know that’s tough on my back. I have been sleeping on a Nest Alexander Signature medium firm for 8 years. I actually thought it was fine until I tried this. This is soft yet supportive. As soon as I lay down I feel instantly comfortable and ready for sleep… even on my back which is wonderful. I got this bed delivered yesterday by amazon services. They brought the bed into my room and installed it on the frame I purchased that they also delivered and installed. It was a very easy and a smooth process. I slept on the bed last night and its like a giant marshmallow (which I really like. Its supposed to be medium firm but I don't really see any firm in it, but it works for me since I have arthritis in my shoulders and hips and I slept all night very comfy. My only negative is thats its warm which is ok now because we are having coldish weather but I'm not sure how its going to be in summer.

I bought this mattress in November of 2025 (give or take about 4 months ago now) to replace my old cheap full-sized mattress I also got from Amazon a couple years back. I'm going to go over why I bought this model, and what notes I have about the quality and feel. I work very long nights, and to survive without falling asleep mid-shift, I need to get as much sleep as I can during the day. With my old mattress, I would find myself waking up periodically, every couple hours, sometimes every 30 minutes, there were days where I would only get a collective 2-3hr of sleep because of this, and I largely believed that this was caused by simply not being comfortable enough in bed. Another problem that arose around the time I bought this mattress (and what happened to be my breaking point) was the back pain that started to creep in from not having proper back support. Now that we have the background, it's time to talk about the quality of the mattress, the quality of sleep I've been getting since making the change, and the way my day to day life has (spoiler alert) significantly improved. Quality: From the moment I opened the package and started to let the mattress air out, I could immediately tell that the build quality was much higher quality than my old mattress, and even better than some of the more expensive models I saw at some big box stores. The material has a nice cooling feel, and there was no odor from the packaging that lingered. The mattress is thick, with all the inside material and supports enclosed using a high quality zipper. The look and feel of this model just screams premium, which is impressive at the price, especially considering this is the Classic model and not one of the higher tier models. Both my girlfriend and I are bigger people, so we need all the support we can get, and this has support in spades. The mattress looks just as good as it did the moment we got it, with no visible sinking. Quality of sleep: Where do I begin? To keep things short: that constant waking up throughout the day? It's gone. Now when I go to sleep for work, I'm able to stay asleep until the moment my alarm begins to blare. The first day, I was late to work because I spent a good while just being in awe that I was able to get uninterrupted sleep. Quality of life: The back pain? Also seriously reduced, I'm not going to pretend like this suddenly solved all my back pain, gave me a raise at work, and made me a couple inches taller, but what I will say is that I'm no longer waking up feeling sore and having to call out of work because of some debilitating pain that I likely got from sleeping unsupported. Conclusion: Genuinely, for the amount of money I spent, I do not think I could have found a better mattress. About every aspect of my sleep life has been improved, and all for a relatively affordable price. Seriously, if you're considering getting this, do. And if you're still unsure, still do it anyways. DreamCloud is well known for their customer service, and that 365 night trial is unmatched.

After 10 years of a horrible and heavy all foam king mattress, we decided on these twin XL's and adjustable bases. WHERE HAVE THESE BEEN ALL MY LIFE?! The most comfortable bed ever! We even had one not inflate as high as the other one, like the springs were bent or broken. There was like a 3 inch difference in the height of the beds. NO PROBLEM! It was within the 90 days and Amazon sent a replacement, no charge and no questions asked. They couldn't pick up the original one due or zip code but that is a small price to pay for great customer service and having the bed(s) of our dreams!
