My mother has a brand that is not Renpho. I like hers while she let me borrow it; however the battery life was terrible, maybe 20 minutes. The Renpho one lasted me 3 days before I charged it, and it still was at 22% charged. Both my wife and I used it for those 3 days. It’s also great because it has videos to help you properly use it and gives good information to help and make it more enjoyable for both user and the recipient. I broke my foot and ankle in 2019 and this has been so helpful in breaking up the scar tissue that's developed since then. I've noticed it's so much smoother inside now near my tendons and ligaments. It also helps with the soreness that I get, particularly in the achilles area! I love how I'm able to angle it to get those areas which was harder to do on my old, bigger gun that died on me (causing me to buy this) but I still have to be careful not to get my bone cuz ow, of course. I also love how deep it gets in my calf because I atrophied a lot in the time I had to stay off my foot. It's been an uphill climb but this is definitely helping in my recovery better than anything else I've tried. I really love that this gun is smaller than the previous one I had and more wieldy. It feels quality but not too heavy. I wish the battery lasted a little longer but I am using it all the time. You have to charge the heated head separately, so be mindful of that. I keep both charged at all times because I can not be without it when my pain flares up after a crazy day. Would absolutely buy again!! ... show more

love it. I initially thought the heating element stopped working but you have to charge it. See the picture. Just uses the universal “C” charger. Operator error. But it’s awesome device and perfect size. I especially like to use it on my pressure points.
