Support is denying my warranty because my off grid unoccupied cabin has been below 41 degrees. Why would it be advertised as a battery that can handle cold weather if it’s not supposed to be below 41 degrees (ever)? Don’t waste your money on a company that will not support their products. Important to note, I’ve had this battery less than 4 months and it’s a brick. The BMS will not wake up to take a charge.

I have several Renogy items including 450watt solar panels. Renogy products are well made. These batteries are very nice and come with appropriate documentation as to their settings for solar charger controllers. After some issues with shipping (not really Renogy's fault though Renogy could put corner protectors on bottom of boxes so shippers can drop the batteries as they do - sadly) Renogy's team went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. Good customer care which is hard to find. I would buy from Renogy again.

I use it to power a portable refrigerator, television, some galley tools and other odds and ends on my boat. Altough not all can be used at the same time, the battery provides me with at minimum @24-36 hours of use and then requires a full recharge. I have a small solar panel that extends the battery life and a propane generator if necessary. Easy set up if you have a general knowledge of boat electrical system, or a good manual. I may eventually add a second battery.
