They stopped all the suspicious behaviors that was happening!😁 My best results when fighting any off balance is I take a higher does for the 7-10 days. Two pills first thing in the am on an empty stomach with water. Then just do one a day. I feel as though it gets right to work in my gut that way, and for me It Does!!🤗 By day three any odor has stopped and the rest follows. These pills even give you a better Period! I started using this probiotic about 6 weeks ago and I am so happy I did. I bought it on a whim from Walmart (I needed to add to my instacart order ¯\_(ツ)_/¯) and when I found it on Amazon I immediately put it on subscription. I had been struggling with a persistent itch no matter how often I showered. I don't shave so it wasn't related to anything with that. Since starting this probiotic I haven't had a single bout of itchiness. I was having to use anti-itch cream regularly and this has completely resolved whatever issue was happening. I am so relieved! Each container comes with a non-edible orange pellet inside. Don't know what function it serves, but the actual capsules have an awful "chemical" taste and smell. Just swallow quickly with plenty of water. That doesn't affect the probiotic functions, however. I believe it helps my gut health.
