There are a lot of ionic hairdryers on the market now that claim fast drying and damage protection and I’ve seen prices at almost $400. So when I saw this Remington at $25.50 I figured it had to a piece of junk. But it received so many good ratings I figured why not take a chance. That and I was intrigued at the barrel shape and the blowout boost attachment. Unbelievably this is the best hairdryer I’ve ever used. My hair is fine and thin and I am letting my grey grow out. At 73 it’s also fragile, dry and frizzy. This dryer dried my hair extremely fast without drying it and left it shiny, soft and full and I had no signs of all those little hairs that stand up on the top and sides of my head. I don’t know how long this dryer will continue running before it breaks but it has a 4 year warranty although I don’t know if I’d bother paying to ship it back. For now extremely happy with my purchase.

It’s a beautiful dryer, I have average length hair and I always keep an extra hand dryer for emergencies. I saw this and thought loved it. I’ve used it twice now. The heating power is phenomenal, it’s a little on the heavy side but that’s okay. The settings are easy to use. My biggest problem is the drying heads DO NOT REMAIN ATTACHED. No matter what side I flip the comb head, it’s always coming off and that’s frustrating, as someone whose hair dries quickly with heat, I now have to take extra time to keep putting the comb back. I’m pretty sure many people in the review section also said that. I’m still unsure on if I’m returning it cause of that.
