I’ve had this item for over a few months now and I’m happy with it and the functionality is great and easy to setup, how ever if there is one minor problem when the feeder is set on anything above level 12 the food gets stuck or jammed up because it doesn’t have the space to move in the food dish, so a suggestion would to make the food dishes a little bit bigger. Other that that I really think it’s an awesome buy and a price that is hard to beat.

I love this product for the convenience. I have two cats who liked to wake me up early in the morning for food time. With the addition of this feeder, that is no longer a problem! Plus, it’s impossible for them to break into it and steal food due to the design! It looks nice on the outside, and holds a good amount of food. Enough for you to be gone for a week or two depending on how much you have it set to output. It connects by power and also has a battery pack in case of an outage. There’s so many different settings available on the device as far as times and portions go, so you won’t be left lacking with that. My only complaint is that it is super loud and my cats were scared of it at first! But i haven’t noticed any issues with the performance of the machine thus far, i.e. food getting stuck, feeder not going off at appropriate time, etc.

Lake Tahoe smells nothing like trees, it smells like literal soap or the most basic candle you could find for $5. The scarlet rose also smells artifiicial. Blood orange sage smells nothing like sage but again like bath products artificial. And palo santo smelled like cinnamon. Anyone who is around palo santo, roses, pine trees, or sage would know these are SOOO off. I dont trust that the essential oils are the main fragrances. It smells like every other candle and its very expensive for the size. I’m really disappointed honestly
This automatic double feeder has saved me so much time and effort! I can set the time on when to feed, and control how much or how little they can eat. There's a special guard to prevent the cats from trying to access more food, and there's even an option to record your voice for feeding time. There's a place for batteries you can use so that the machine still works even when the power turns off. A perfect buy if you're a bit too busy to stay on track with feeding the furry babies.

The media could not be loaded. I'm currently staying with family for a short period. And my sister already has 5 cats. I brought in my 2 cats until we can find a place to rent. Trying to feed them all without big cat fights has been a nightmare. So I decided to get a automatic feeder and test it out. So far soo good!!! I have it set to automatically feed them several times a day and we still feed them a smaller meals. Since the cats have a chance to eat, there is less fighting, pushing and loud cat meowing regarding food. We do still feed wet food separately. But this has been a big stress relief!!! I'm so thankful I was able to get a good affordable and reliable automatic cat feeder. Before I leave my sister's place I'll get her two of these for her cats. And I am definitely getting my nephew one for his cats as well. So thankful for a great product! I'll be gifting them to a few people I know!!!

This feeder works as advertised and the best part for us is it saves it's programmed memory even when unplugged and batteries out. This is good if you only use it occasionally when you leave town for a day or two - you don't have to reprogram and reset the clock. The only flaw I've found is the button to open the lid is on it's back, which is the direction it will get flipped over by raccoons since the feeding plates prevent it from tipping forward. First night in use they did this, and when it hits the ground the button gets pushed, the lid pops off and all the food comes spilling out for them. They loved it! The photo was a quick fix for its first use. I've since strapped it down to a heavy feeding table. The little cups under the legs have water in them to stop the ants.
