I was skeptical ordering this as some reviews were mixed but I was pleasantly surprised! Was very easy to put together although it’s best to have someone help just to hold the cushions back to slide the wings in place. Got this for my husband who is 6’1 and he fits comfortably, can even nap in it. I also like that you can recline it when against the wall without hitting the wall. Overall this recliner is great. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the packaging. The thin slips over each piece were not enough to keep marks like pictured from happening. It was a bit frustrating to remove for it being brand new but it came out after lots of scrubbing with rubbing alcohol. Plus I planned on putting a slip over it anyway. The recliner itself is comfy, but also firm. Hopefully not all of them are poorly packaged like this and the one I received is just a fluke incident. The chair arrived one day early and packaged well. I unboxed and assembled it in 10 mins tops. The color is true creamy light beige as pictured. The dimensions are accurate. I bought this for one corner of my hobby room. I can confirm that this is a wall hugger (so happy) and I have it about 4" off of the wall. I strongly encourage the seller to list this very important "key selling" feature for future buyers. I have spinal issues and pinched nerves with nerve pain throughout my legs and feet. I have spent thousands on furniture only to be in more pain due to lack of support. Now that I know what "I" need, I searched reviews on 2 separate recliners that was reported to be "too firm" or "extra firm", this budget chair for my room and a higher quality chair for the living room. I've read reviews that mention that it needs more padding on the leg rest, but many recliners don't have any padding under the leg/knee area, just a gap with metal, this one has something so that's even better. I typically don't give reviews but I realized in shopping for this recliner how very important "real" reviews are and I hope my comments are helpful to someone. I was going to give it 4 stars because the side panels sound hollow and cheap when you tap them but it doesn't seem to have any affect on the comfort or function of this chair, so 5 stars it gets and an extra star for it being a wall hugger. It's a $200 chair, but it is good for my needs! I will update my review if anything changes. I am also happy with my other recliner and my hubbs got one for himself as well! I was very skeptical about the condition I'd receive this in based on the reviews. But mine came in perfect condition! Definitely happy about that! The back rest and arms are very comfortable but the seat and for rest are a bit hard. But you can't complain for the price! It's perfect

The recliner is not to difficult to put together. The arms were a hassle and when you recline all the way there is a gap between the seat and back (the picture show the gap). You have no support and your back will hurt. I use a pillow to help. It is firm but you can tell it will not hold up for very long. It works for a temporary means. ... show more

A screw at the back of this recliner broke after only 8 months of use. :/ Major bummer, as our customer support window closed after only 3 months. It was very comfortable and nice looking until that happened, but unfortunately, I would not buy this chair again.

The media could not be loaded. It was well packed but had to struggle to align the backrest even with the help of two people. Ear Piece was a struggle too. Seems very easy when I watched the video but not actually. Hopefully, it would be in good condition to use for a long period of time. The one year Warranty by the Lifestyle Solutions said to keep the original receipt which I never got it from the Distributor Also added a video to close the recliner is a struggle.
