I am encountering difficulty in setting up the lights. My aquarium guy who has been installing aquariums for 10 years was unable to figure out how to use the remote control. The instructions provided are horrible

    • DON’T DO IT!!!
Stand buy I spoke with Raymar -T from customer service, and this tiger just got me two new lights to replace the ones that aren’t working correctly. We will give this another shot and see where it goes. If they still suck at least Amazon has great customer service. Thanks Raymar-T aka Tony the Tiger because he’s Grrreeeaattt. One of the two lights dims down lower than the lowest setting for no apparent reason, and has to constantly be reset. The other just flat out quit working all together about 2 months in. Put your money towards a better quality light. It works great when it works; But to keep working properly is the problem. It’s a no go…. Just trust me. ... show more

    • Good packaging with features. Poor reliability
Good packaging with some good minimal features. Great output lumens & PAR. Purchased 2 units initially. One unit failed completely after about 3 months. Purchased a replacement unit, but now another unit is exhibiting intermittent operations (ch2 leds) are randomly shutting off.

you get what you pay for. bought 2 of them one would not keep the color it was set as. it kept turning off the white channel. returned both for a different set

    • Customer service is non existent.
Light itself seems ok but there are no instructions on how to program what seems like an incredibly complex remote. No customer service telephone # and when I sent them an email detailing my issue their response was " dear, please tell us your problem"... WTF???
