I'm so happy to finally have a steamer that doesn't leak, drip and spit all over my clothes, hands and floor! This one holds a lot of water, more than enough to steam one garment unless it's really wrinkled. The hold for filling it is a little small, but if you use the included spouted cup, it's a breeze. It does a good job with wrinkles, but you do have to be patient and hold it fairly close to the garment. Remember, you have to pull the fabric taut at the bottom for the wrinkles to melt away, otherwise, you're just making your shirt warm, wet and slightly less wrinkled. Unfortunately that means your hand is going to be under the steamer while using it for a hanging garment. I've been burned - literally - by spitting, dripping steamers, so it took a bit for this one to earn my trust. And it did. No waiting for that wet spot on my shirt to dry, and no puddle on the floor to clean up afterward. I haven't traveled with it yet, so can't vouch for it's portability, but it does fold up nicely. I also haven't used the brush attachment yet, but it attaches firmly and removes easily. The cord is also a great length so I don't have to steam right next to the outlet. ... show more

I have used commercial grade steamers for a long time. Decades in fact. I very much dislike the whole process of ironing. But they were always so bulky. I tried a few other small steamers but so far this one is my favorite. You don’t need a lot of water and you can drain it easily. The fold up design allows for easy storage and travel. I love taking this on vacation with us. Everything seems to come out of our bags wrinkled and this makes it easy to give them a little steam. ... show more

I've had this a couple months now, so the warranty being gone is a perfect time to scrutinize it! First, the shipping...delivery was next day or the next, but the seller actually double checked on satisfaction which is always, always something that makes me want to see all of that seller's products before considering others. Class act, y'all 🤭 Item: I didn't think I could come to need a steamer, but this little thing heats up so fast, I'm warning don't burn yourself. My only tweak wish is the plug, because if you're doing furniture and you drag a full tank up, you will absolutely pop the valve open and spill hot water. Bright side: hot water won't hurt whatever you're able to steam and even the worst dries quicker than tepid.
