I bought this topper to replace the previous one I had purchased years ago. I saw it and was immediately drawn to the dark gray cover and thought it would be perfect for us. I purchased the gray, 3 inch, queen topper. It was packed neatly, the setup was super quick and easy. What I wasn't expecting was the absolute level of comfort my husband and I both experienced. It felt like a whole new bed!! The fabric is soft but the foam is soft but firm at the same time. It offers great support for our backs and neck. As a person who struggles with falling asleep right away, I fell fast asleep, the very first night. Woke up refreshed and with no body aches, soreness, or back aches. This is by far the best purchase I've made for my bed. Will definitely purchase again! Thank you!!

This is not memory foam. It should not be advertised as such. I already threw away the box. It’s at the dump and it requires the box to ship it back and it was vacuumed packed. There’s no way it would’ve fit in the box in the first place, very unhappy with the return process. I will try to sell it on marketplace. I used it two nights and it was ridiculously too soft there is no memory foam whatsoever. It’s foam my back was spasming prior and now it’s really spasming after just two nights false advertising! The blue part is mostly just foam mixed with some kind of a gel but is definitely not memory foam! I’ve had memory foam toppers before this is nothing like it.

I don’t feel like I’m going to get stuck in it but I also feel like it’s not very firm - it’s a great middle point with lots of cushion. I’m very happy. My significant other has really bad back pains and so (haven’t tried it out yet) I hope this helps. If it doesn’t I will come back and add that to the review but if my review stays like this then it was amazing! Edit: So, gave it some time to break it in (a handful of weeks) and it’s still very comfortable, but neither of us can seem to stop tossing and turning all night long. I’m not really sure why because like I said it feels nice. We switched it out with a gel/pillow-top combo mattress topper instead and immediately slept all night again and have been ever since switching it out (another handful of weeks ago). And so now I can say I don’t think it was the right topper for us. The significant other did get some back pain relief out of it though, so it wasn’t all bad. And still to this day I can say it feels comfortable. Just going to be comfortable in the guest bedroom instead of my room now 😂😩

Always hesitant to buy products without any customer reviews. However, I was at the point where I needed relatively inexpensive solution for my back problems. Got this as I was looking into something with memory foam and I really liked the look of the cover. It took a little longer to have it arrive at my home than expected. However, it was a holiday week and I do not blame the seller or the delivery. The foam inflated within 2 to 3 hours and no visible smell whatsoever! I was able to sleep on it that very night and just from the get-go, I feel so much better than I have been before I had added this to my bed. My cat also quite enjoys the extra comfort. Well worth the purchase!
