I've been cooped up with remote work like most people I know, and I have watched my office and living room slowly become the same space. I started to feel like I was losing my living room to my job, losing the sense of the workday ending and the catharsis that used to bring. So, looking for ways to distinguish between home time and work time, I got these lights...and they have exceeded my expectations. I'm going to get more for my bedroom because the app allows me to sync the colored lights to change depending on the cadence of whatever song I play on my phone...and I cannot deny these are definitely perfect mood lighting (wink wink). They have also served the purpose I had hoped they would--my living room twinkles, and when the end of the day rolls around, I use the remote, choose the color I feel matches the mood I want to cultivate (I find red to be calming and restful, while purple energizes), I turn on my LEDs and I am transported into a bright and colorful world. These are both inexpensive and easily configured (I'm a user's manual reader)...and the ability to control the lights through the app was an awesome bonus. A few hours after the Amazon package arrived at my home, my living room had become a cross between the BEST COLLEGE PARTY ever and the most peaceful evening I've ever had on a vacation. I cannot wait to get more for my living room!! I recommend these for the living room, bedroom, or anywhere else you want to easily and inexpensively change things up. ... show more

Fabulous! I wasn't sure how well these would work but we were pleasantly surprised. The pictures are set to the dimmest setting. They get really bright. My 15 year old daughter is using them to go around her bed and she loves them. The remote works great but I think the best feature is the way it adjusts to the music. There are so many colors to choose from, more then the ones I posted. Great adhesive that works well. We've had them up over a week now and they are working great! We expect to have these for a long time and will probably add to them! ... show more

Great brightness and sticks really well even to bare wood. Be careful though it may say "Smart" but it will not work with Google Home. You can get an app that allows you to control it better than the remote but not voice commands through Google. Would recommend though because for the length you can't really beat the price (as of now). ... show more

I used this under my cabinets to illuminate the countertops after my overhead microwave light control panel failed. I love the ambiance it gives. I have the fall colors on right now. The adhesive strips on the back hold up very well. There is also an app you can use without needing the included remote. Great for parties if you want to switch it to sounds mode and it changes colors to the music. The app has a feature that plays music through the phone but the lights keep tempo with the music a lot better. I will be fitting my bar with these as well. ... show more

They are the most amazing lights any child could ever ask for!! I bought them for my 10 year old granddaughters birthday. The first roll I bought for her room was 32 feet, that did her room except one wall so I ordered another 16 feet to finish her room. Her daddy installed them right away and programmed them in all the ways to allow her to use the remote or by her phone, beautiful and amazing. Love these! Easy to put up (adhesive on the back) and fun to sync to music..... or in my kids case they just yell at the lights to watch them light up. Our bonus room is 500 square feet and we did the entire room with the 65.5 feet set and a 16 ft set. They hooked together easily.
