This has been a great night light for our toddlers. I needed something that could be far enough away from their bed but still function as a night light and be fun/interesting. Our little astronaut has exceeded our expectations! It also is a relaxing visual to help them fall asleep. The only issue we've had is that the remote doesn't work often. Sometimes at certain angles but never from across the room. But so far we haven't needed it frequently because we keep the stars off and the nebula on red so it's not too bright.

I was sent a replacement that arrived within just a few days and we arenthrillednto have our little stargaze astronaut projector back again. The company really stood behind their product and took care of their customer. We are really pleased and happy to recommend that people purchase this item knowing that they stand behind their product. The display is mesmerizing and it is really relaxing to fall asleep to each night. Buy one today! It was great while it lasted. Bought this for my wife at Christmas. The nebula function stopped spinning just about 2 months into use. No product support from Amazon as it is past its return date. I really wanted to love this! Hopefully the seller will se this and offer to remedy the situation.

π¨π¨ Long post alert π¨π¨ Meet Bob π¨π (J (our son) named him π) Bob came into our lives the day after Christmas ππ
π I bought him on a whim for the boy seeing as he likes having string lights in his room on at night. I was looking to replace the lights when I thought about a projector of some kind instead. With Christmas only a few weeks away, I tried not to give too much away when I asked him how he would feel about something like that - having galaxies or stars projected on his ceiling and walls at night instead of the lights. He was actually receptive to the idea so I hit up our good old friend, Amazon to see what they had to offer up. I read reviews of several different projectors (Bob π¨π included) and looked at the various specs of each of them. I didn't want anything fancy - a lot of them can be linked up to your phone so you can control the lighting, colors, effects, etc. π I'm a simple girl wanting something simple for my kid that he could use without several extra steps and devices π As you now know, Bob π¨π won out over all the other ones! Like I said, Bob π¨π arrived the day after Christmas (I knew he would and even told J one of his gifts would show up later). After we picked the package up at the hub, J and I set it up in the living room and couldn't wait to see the results. I will say, without a doubt, that we were both blown away by the vibrant colors and twirling movement of the projected nebulas π and the fading in and out of the (green) stars β We just sat in the dark for several minutes staring at the ceiling in complete shock and awe π³π€©π€― Those of you who know J, know that he is a very considerate and sweet kid, even in his early tweenage years! He still regularly gives us hugs and kisses so there is no real lack of love an affection coming from him. As we stood there, he wrapped his arms around me and actually squeezed me tight and said, "Thank you soooooo much! This is the best gift EVER!" β€ He gave me several more hugs throughout the night and kept saying that this was his most favorite gift he's gotten (as of late, that is π). That night, I lay in his bed with him and we are both staring at his ceiling completely mesmerized π Over the next several days, I would come in his room to lay in his bed just to watch the nebulas shift and change and the stars fade in and out. In a mock exasperated tone, he would say, "If you like it so much, get your own!!!" Flash forward to today. We have had Bob π¨π for about a month and a half now and he is on every night in J's room. While there is a timer setting on it, we don't use it - he wants it on continuously throughout the night. Not gonna lie, I was worried he would give out after a few weeks of being on for 8+ hours every night but Bob π¨π has yet to show any signs he is tired π Again, it's only been a month and a half so he may give us the middle finger π in a few months and stop working because he is being over worked and underpaid - we will cross that bridge when and if we get there πππ¬ Until then, we will do our best to make sure Bob's π¨π needs are met and that he gets adequate rest and down time so that he will continue to provide much needed calm and relaxation that we all need at the end of a busy day ππ§βοΈπ§βοΈ Kids or no kids, everyone should have a Bob π¨π in their life β€ If you've made it this far, I applaud your endurance and can't thank you enough for taking the time to read my rambling review πππ Give yourself a gold star π

Now this gift pops off with the nieces and nephews. I honestly might buy one for myself eventually. It is pretty cute with lots of light settings. It is the perfect night light for a kiddo. Got this because my 4 year old little girl kept saying her room is scary. Its definitely bright for sure, I would give it five stars but unfortunately the feet don't fit in the moon base it comes with which is something my daughter would have loved. Overall though so far it's definitely worth the money I spent she loves it and actually went to sleep quicker tonight than normal.
