I got the Camel color and it's perfect. There is not a flaw in the color, material or workmanship. The knit cuffs and waistband are excellent as noted by another reviewer. I'm 5-10/170 and I tried L and XL - the L fits perfectly. The sleeve length is right, the waist is right, the shoulders are right. It does have a slight - very slight - chemical odor but I think some time out of the plastic shipping bag will fix that. I'm in CT - the coat is going to be the perfect weight for Fall and Spring and can be layered up for colder days and over a shirt or t-shirt for not-so-cold days. The suede is really nice - one question was is it pigskin? I have pigskin suede garments and it does not have the little pocks in the material that pigskin suede usually has. This is a great value for the price. Highly recommend this jacket.

While this jacket does have a slight odor it went away after several days. I originally ordered a large, but quickly realized I needed an extra large. Once I replaced the jacket with an XL, I've been wearing it for the past few weeks. It fits well. Nice shape and the inner lining is heavy enough to keep me warm and light enough to wear in the spring. Don't let the slight odor prevent you from getting this comfortable jacket.

As many have indicated, one size larger than your normal fit is a good choice. I normally wear Large, sometimes Medium in shirts and sweaters. I'm 5'9'' and have a 44" chest and 33" waist. I got the XL here and the chest size and arm length are just about right, maybe a little baggy in the arms, but that's probably also good if you wear this over something like a sweater. I might be able to get away with a Large, and might try that if I order another in a different color. The brown is a dark brown, kind of like a dark walnut wood stain. The overall jacket length is a bit shorter than I would like, hitting at belt height rather than hip height, but that's OK. If you wear your shirt tail untucked, like with a knit shirt, the shirt is likely to stick out below the jacket. The waist elastic is a bit springy on initial fit, but I suspect it will loosen over time. Jacket quality is good. The satin lining matches the jacket color. I have a circa 20-year old Timberland suede jacket that was much more expensive, even then, and this compares favorably. We'll see how it holds up over time (I've only worn it once). This came via USPS (boo tracking) and shipped in a plastic shipping bag.

100% on quality of leather and workmanship. Absolutely zero negative odor, so 2024 Reed company has addressed that issue. Jacket is exactly what I was looking for. At 6 feet 200 pounds I went with XL, nice relaxed fit.

i owned a jacket like this in high school and another until just recently.the jacket runs a little small.i'm 5'8 and a 180 pds and ordered a medium as per the size chart.the quality looks good and the sleves hug tightly.It not as thick as the same looking jacket i use to own and the pockets are on the small side but still a nice jacket.i noticed some people complained about the smell and while it does have a slight smell ,its not as bad as some people claimed
