My sons loves this swing! My husband and I will even swing on occasionally (separately) . It feels like a small hammock. The poles were a bit tough to get into the swing, but I put it all together within 10 minutes. I didn't have much trouble putting it in the tree because we already had a rope installed. A few months after getting it the threads are beginning to come out, but so far it's not harming the integrity of the swing itself. After it rains, it drys very quickly.

I’m sure it’s in the description somewhere but the hanging straps that come with it at best work for hanging from a porch ceiling or swing set. If you are planning on hanging on anything higher like a tree branch, you’ll need to buy an additional strap of appropriate weight.

Assembled with no tools in about 10 minutes, seems super strong and well made. I feel like the materials used will be very durable to weather, but it remains to be seen how well the cloth portions of the swing will resist fading in the sun. Our youngest grand baby will turn 5 this month, and started school at the same time. I told her she had outgrown the baby swing, and hung this up on the swing set to replace it. She absolutely loves it, and will spend some time swinging on it with each visit. Her favorite way to use it is to lie face down with her face hanging over the edge so she can see the grass, Superman style, and have an adult push her, always begging to be pushed higher and higher. This was a great purchase, and since it can hang from a tree limb with the included strap kit, I think I will start giving these as gifts to families with children. When hung from a limb the swing can be installed to spin as well as swing, allowing kids to stand and "surf".

While sitting on my front porch one evening, I realized that the tree in our yard would be perfect for a swing. I promptly did a search on Amazon and quickly purchased this one. It was easy to assemble and hang in our tree with the use of a small ladder. It is pretty large and was able to hold both of my kids and a parent at the same time. My kids have so much fun on it but it’s really nice for my husband and I to lay in and relax as well. The mesh allows plenty of air flow to keep you nice and cool while you sway under the tree. Perfect summer purchase!
