I purchased six Redodo LiFePO4 batteries in August 2024. By May 2026, the batteries would charge but would no longer hold a charge. I contacted Redodo multiple times by phone, but my calls were never answered or returned. I then communicated through email. My licensed electrician and I completed every troubleshooting step requested by Redodo, including additional procedures they later recommended in several follow-up emails. We live off-grid, and this battery bank is our only source of power. After several weeks of troubleshooting, Redodo asked me to provide photos of the batteries (which had already been provided earlier), disconnect the entire battery bank, box each battery individually, take additional photos, and then wait for a return authorization and shipping labels. Redodo stated that they would evaluate the batteries after receiving them and only then decide whether they would be replaced under warranty. My electrician determined that the batteries are defective and need replacement. I asked Redodo to send replacement batteries first so that I could return the defective batteries immediately afterward. Redodo refused and stated that replacements would only be sent after the batteries were received and evaluated. For an off-grid household, this means being without electricity, refrigeration, and other essential services for an extended period of time, which is especially difficult in South Florida. I chose Redodo because of its advertised warranty and customer service. Based on my experience, the warranty process has been extremely difficult, communication has been poor, and I have not received the level of support that was promised when I purchased the batteries. ... show more

So far so good. The Bluetooth was very easy to use, and the batteries will save around 135 pounds in the boat. The weight savings is noticeable on take-off. I have not had much run time on them yet but if they are like any other LIPO4 battery they should be impressive.
